  • Update. What happen

    Update- back working by midnight that day it was out. I understand things happen and it was fixed quickly. Thank you.

    The app has been working great until today.
    Will not log in at all on anyone’s phones.

  • horrible camera horrible tech help

    these phones go off-line all the time. Spiders and cobwebs send constant alerts, but people walking into the area does not send an alert. The modes that are supposed to automatically change for you on set times do not work. I called tech-support they were very rude and said yes they don’t work. They know they don’t work but they don’t care and they don’t care to fix it. I’ve had these for almost a year and the modes have not worked the whole time. Why have an app why have modes and why have cameras when none of it works. Rude rude rude tech support!!! they obviously don’t care about the customer once they have bought the cameras.

  • Stay away dodgy business charging without permission

    I have downloaded this app sometime back and cancelled within trial period but after months they are still charging monthly subscription fees when I don’t even have app installed.

    STAY AWAY THEY ARE SCAMMERS
    got contact details from apple and when contacted they said that’s not their app. Apple won’t have wrong details for the developers

  • Won’t Add a 3rd camera

    It keeps giving me an error saying I need to download the latest app. I am update to date and still can’t manually enter the 3rd camera. I have dealt with the crashes and inconsistencies, and was okay it with it. Now I am going to return these other 2 cameras because of this issue. Very disappointing. (And please spare me the automated AI message to contact a number after reading my rate and review)

  • Group feature is great but....

    You added such a great feature in allowing me to create groups but an unchangeable 2x2 grid is absurd when you want to use 2 cameras. I have 4 cameras but all I want to continuously monitor is 2 of them. When my phone is in portrait mode these 2 should align vertically one on top and one on the bottom. If landscape then they should be side by side. What in the world made the PM think having a default of 4 cameras display placeholders in a group as a good idea?

  • Love mine!!!!!

    I can honestly say it was a mix of good reviews and a mix of bad reviews. I was scared when mine came it wasn’t going to work. But I love my meShare cameras fast shipping and easy setup. Also the audio works great also. I had a minor problem when I first setup up please pay attention to your network it will not setup cams on 5g. Only problem I had....switched to 2g and bam my cams where working. I really don’t know what more y’all won’t with these cams great price. If they stop working I’ll be back with a new comment thanx meShare!!!!!!

  • Absolute garbage

    Logged in to try and update the firmware. Runs forever, and does nothing. Tried updating at various different times but to no avail. Avoid zomodo and their products like the proverbial plague. A waste of money time and effort.
  • Garbage

    The alerts only worked intermittently but I was getting them. This last update killed that. Only thing that works is live view. This app / company stinks. It’s too bad since the hardware had held up but the software turns it into a heap of useless garbage.

    Update : I’ve been emailing with customer service now going on two weeks - back and forth. They are phasing our support for all but their newest products so basically I’ve got a pricy paperweight and they really don’t seem to care. So if you are considering a new Zmodo product - don’t. Unless you need a half baked product you only need to be functional for one or two years.

    Another update : months now and no resolution from customer service. Seems that are now buying fake reviews in the iStore to boost the rating. Sort by date of review and you’ll see what I mean!

  • Wireless Camera Not Dependable

    If your wireless cameras loses WiFi or power for short period of time, cameras go offline and will not automatically hook back to WiFi without you unplugging and replugging cameras to power outlet. If your out of town or at work when this occurs, cameras will not feed to your phone in my experience. I have 4 cameras and none will hook back automatically to WiFi if there is a short electricity or WiFi outage.
    I have made support aware of this.
    Hope firmware can be updated without purchasing new cameras.
