Fix update issues
Keeps saying new update available, but coming here, there’s no option to update, just says ‘open’.
Data share
Add button to share 1gb data at once, I’d to share 500mb twice which is lit bit stressful and we should be able to paste number on the page if I want to share
Bad network
Na the period when owner celebrate owner 20 years anniversary Na owner network dey mad, pls you guys should work on your network because it’s affecting people a lot thank you. I can’t even chat on WhatsApp with my phone.
Mtn will not give you but will take from you
Everything about mtn is scam there data credit everything I even want to take my one star back
App not loading
Your mobile app in Nigeria is just the dumbest keep replying ‘’oops it seem sometimes went wrong, sorry about this please try again, and this have been occurring for days now, and even before now it takes forever to load the app on my phone, I am using an iPhone X Max and and updated iOS with an updated MyMTN app, please upgrade your system for good sake. Mtcheeeew .

Please fix this app
It’s the worse app I have ever downloaded. It never works when I need it to. It’s annoying. Sometimes it doesn’t open at all (oops sometimes went wrong try again later) and when it opens I can’t use it to buy data for some reason. I’m not saying it never works, what I’m saying is that it only works when it wants to not when I need it to. And that’s upsetting

App update
Can we just go back to the way this app was.. this new update isn’t it at all

My 1.5g data is not always use more than 3 hrs which is not suppose to be why should I be spending a lot on data may be its time we fight for this same thing on airtime you people are extorting from us

Very easy to navigate
MyMTN App update
The new update is very snazzy but it’s very very slow! The old App was plain but worked pretty well which is what is most important to customers. Either fix this or let’s be able to use the old app until the Update is properly fine tuned.
