    Can we just go back to the way this app was.. this new update isn’t it at all

    My 1.5g data is not always use more than 3 hrs which is not suppose to be why should I be spending a lot on data may be its time we fight for this same thing on airtime you people are extorting from us
  • MyMTN App update

    The new update is very snazzy but it’s very very slow! The old App was plain but worked pretty well which is what is most important to customers. Either fix this or let’s be able to use the old app until the Update is properly fine tuned.
  • MTN ripping their customer

    I did a subscription of 2GB on my sim last night and because of the stupid upgrade MTN is doing that made data unavailable, after upgrade was completed I tried to check my data balance and couldn’t find anything there. How could you be ripping your customers off
  • Very unresponsive

    The app is very unresponsive partly because it is parked with too many things but fails to do the very basic things. It needs a total work over. Currently it is not useful. Cannot even make use of the Face ID login facility of the iPhone.
  • Horrendous

    Giving it 1-star because even though the previous version wasn’t a looker, it was functional. The new version is a steaming pile of nonsense. Who ever brought up the idea of requiring an sms otp for signup verification needs to be retrained, whoever approved it - fired.

    On an iPad running iOS 13.3, how am I supposed to receive the otp? SIM applications under settings doesn’t work so the only way of subscribing for data is via my bank app despite having loads of credit on my sim. I guess MTN expects me to put the sim in my phone for the otp. Jokers.

    Meanwhile, compatibility says “works on this iPad” but I can’t get past the first screen on “this iPad”. Clowns.

  • Very slow

    I expected the app to make subscriptions to bundles and other services easier, but I have been having a difficult time doing so for the past 1 hour. It’s not making my life easier right now
  • The worst app I’ve ever used in my life

    I recharged 5000 using the 1000 paper recharge cards and it went through but, the recharge never reflected on my account. I tried subscribing to a data bundle and the “MTN” told me “insufficient funds” or so when I literally just recharged “5000” I downloaded the app to get help and it was so frustrating. The app is useless. Their customer service is even worse, I never get through to them. I even sent an email, nothing. I really regret getting an MTN sim. I really hope my 5000 doesn’t go to waste. Very discouraging services.

  • MTN Ripping off Nigerians

    I bought N1000 credits yesterday and was given N5000 on awuf credit after loading my pin using *888 but I checked my awuf balance before making call mtn had already stolen N950 from the N5000 awuf they had just given me :( As I was making call I noticed that both my awful and main account regular credit was being depleted simultaneously which should be illegal. Why was my awuf credit and my regular credit being deducted concurrently. Now my whole awful credit is almost gone without even making no more than 30 mins call. This is upsetting and frustrating. The NIgeria government is so dumb for letting this stupid foreign company rip their citizens up without any regulations and oversights.
    This illegal practice explains why mtn no longer display awuf credits on their app so customers won’t see how they are being ripped off. I woke up the next day my N5000 awuf credit remained N700 without anymore calls made. Crooks

  • Not opening

    all the people are complaining of the same thing. app not connecting. we all had to uninstall the app to create space for its useless.
