MTN ripping their customer
I did a subscription of 2GB on my sim last night and because of the stupid upgrade MTN is doing that made data unavailable, after upgrade was completed I tried to check my data balance and couldn’t find anything there. How could you be ripping your customers off

For unknown reason i am not able to login to the MY MTN from Afghanistan.
Useless App!!! Not designed with the customer in mind
The App requires you to generate an OTP every time you sign in.
You have to wait online to be able to log a complaint via the chat section under support and you still get logged out of the app even before your turn.
The recharge history only dates back 7days Max!
The data bundles purchased thru the app are completely separated from previous bundle so you keep getting confusing sms alerts demanding a recharge
All in all, I have found this app both disappointing and frustrating to use
I’m certainly going to delete it soon.

Very unresponsive
The app is very unresponsive partly because it is parked with too many things but fails to do the very basic things. It needs a total work over. Currently it is not useful. Cannot even make use of the Face ID login facility of the iPhone.
Cannot proceed past Privacy Statement
New pop up requiring Acceptance if Privacy Statement , On accepting Privacy Statement - the Acceptance POP Up continues to render and does not proceed past this point - Result is access to the app is not achievable rendering the app useless, unable to perform any basic functions

Stellar
The app is awesome you can track your usage, buy and share data with loved ones. It’s not perfect but it does take away the stress of using codes every time you want to top up your account
Horrendous
Giving it 1-star because even though the previous version wasn’t a looker, it was functional. The new version is a steaming pile of nonsense. Who ever brought up the idea of requiring an sms otp for signup verification needs to be retrained, whoever approved it - fired.
On an iPad running iOS 13.3, how am I supposed to receive the otp? SIM applications under settings doesn’t work so the only way of subscribing for data is via my bank app despite having loads of credit on my sim. I guess MTN expects me to put the sim in my phone for the otp. Jokers.
Meanwhile, compatibility says “works on this iPad” but I can’t get past the first screen on “this iPad”. Clowns.

Disappointing
It takes about half an hour to actually get this app to open. It keeps telling me that it detects an attempt to access the app from my phone number - obviously. But declares it fraudulent so won't move forward. When I eventually get an OTP it won't accept it. Very very frustrating
Terrible, just terrible
Difficult to get anything done with the updated app. Will uninstall straight up...
Frequent otp makes useless.
Review the use of frequent otp to make app less cumbersome.
