App crashing after updating to latest version
App keeps on crashing after updated to the latest version on iOS 13. 😢😢
It was working fine till it was recently updated. Please help fix this issue. 🙏🏾Mukete_james
Waste of Resources
I can’t even give one star for this app. It does not open on my iPad neither does it open on my Samsung Galaxy. I was asked to uninstall and reinstall. Did all that and it’s still a crap. Please take down this crap and stop wasting people’s time and data.Muky05
Beautiful App, does much more
Beautiful app. I can manage and monitor my kids and staff lines from my App, I can login with my biometrics, I can buy data and other bundles, I get in app support within minutes. All I ever want from my Operator in one place!RonkeD
GOOD APP BUT CAN DO BETTER
The app is good, it has brought all features together and has a seemingly easy to use interface.
The only challenge for me is the authentication procedure for mobile money.
The idea of one time pin (PIN) should be extended to more than one mobile number or email at least.
It becomes useless when you don’t have the registered mobile money line ON and the app is installed on another device.
Look into this matter and I will totally love it.Show lessisboy6

Tried to download the App so I could use it to monitor data usage on a SIM card in a router. First question that comes up is it asks me to select a country and it does not go further from that. The call center employee tells me I have to have the data SIM card in the phone and then download the app, how do I then check the data balance in the future if the sim is not in the phone 🤦♂️. Makes no sense to me and the call centre does not seem to understand anything. So a pointless app in my opinionShow lessZubz9999999999

This is the weirdest and inarguably the most poorly developed & implemented app ever, for a network service as big as MTN! It does 20% of what it claims to do fully. Indicates you’re on a ‘Wi-Fi’ network even when you’re clearly connected to your mobile data. The MobileMoney section is a SAD story (take it out pls...it’s a sham!). The App Store sure needs to provide an option for NEGATIVE stars! Cos that’s what this app right here deserves! A ‘Negative from the bottom’! Shame!!!!

The only function that works is logging in and after that the app freezes! Dear MTN please re-evaluate the purpose of this App and fix the whole thing from scratch or remove it from the App Store. I gave 1 star because there’s no option for negative stars. Also dear Apple please give us a below zero option so we can adequately rate this scam.Show lessmpny
Mobile money option
Please everything works perfectly well but the mobile money option doesn’t show in my appzombie419
Doesn’t work on cellular data
The app works great for me but only if I’m on a WiFi connection. When trying to open the app with a 3g or 4g data connection it gives me an error and says I’m not connected to the internet then shuts down the app. Please fix thishlp1980
