  • Very poor

    They shut down my acct that I’ve been using for months. I emailed numerous times asking if it was the new course I added. They would not respond or help. I would have gladly taken it off my StanStore but instead they just deleted me.
  • Horrible support

    account was suspended for no reason, contacted support, they said theyd get back to me with a “specialist”. they never got back to me. messaged support again and they said “we cant tell you when you will be contacted, but we’ve made it urgent”. its been months and no message received. dont use stripe use wise or any other payment processor for invoices.

  • Great app - needs more Connect functionality

    Please add more functionality relating to Connect account owners.

If you’re working with a platform that is supported by the Stripe Mobile Express app, you’ll be able to download the app and login with your Stripe email.   • Missing features

    Stripe has many features missing in the mobile version. I was hoping they would have a system for transferring instantly to bank accounts and also adding debit card from mobile version.
    They also don’t have a way to transfer funds from one business to another within the same app.

  • No customer service support phone number.

    Pretty unacceptable to not just give a phone number for customer service. Prime example of making someone jump through hoops like crazy when they Are PAYING FOR A SERVICE.

    This is rubbish don’t use. It takes so long for payment to be made to you and there is no reason why. There is nobody to talk to either

  • Frais exagérés

    1-Frais de transactions exagérés et cachés. 2-Faible rentabilité sur la marge de profit. 3-Manque de transparence dans les transactions
    4-Frais de taux de change a vos frais.
    ( J’ai fais une facture de 2800$ CAD à mon client STRIPE à facture 2740$ CAD au client et m’ont charge les frais de 100$ au final j’ai perçu 2640$CAD) Je vous laisse vous même juger si c’est rentable pour vous. )

  • Good app but can we add this

    Why can’t I add bi weekly payment options for clients? To do that I have to go on the website and don’t have that feature on the app

    Hey there—sorry about any delay or confusion here. Your first payout can take up to 10 days, but after that funds will be sent to your bank in a much more timely manner. For Canada, that time is up to 3 business days from the transaction for the funds to be ready to transfer to your bank. Please reach out to heretohelp@stripe.com if you have any other questions.
