I’m going to close my account. App crashes regularly and banking often unavailable. Had 2 new cards and both times the pins didn’t work so a 45 minute drive to the nearest branch to change.Jammie Bear
App keeps crashing
The app keeps crashing when you swipe it to the side to view quick balance. In quick view you have only one account viewing, the old app was better. Very disappointingBlackLassie1
Update is horrid!
The update made it so much harder to use and see information.
Before the update the app was awesome and easy to do everything. then they updated and stuffed it. almost no point in having the app.j199119
NEW UPDATE IS TERRIBLE
Since the new update it is terrible!! With the old one you were able to see you home lone interest rate how much you were in advance an now you can’t. Login takes longer you can now only see one bank account with the peek balance. The layout it terrible not streamlined and Seemless like it use to be. Why can he something that worked before. Recent update
Recently updated the app to IOS15 and the app feels clunky and poorly thought out. Previous version was seamless and easy to navigate. The current version does not make me want to use it unlike previous version.Braly
New update not necessary
Since the app has recently been updated, nothing is as seamless as it used to be. My partner and I have shared accounts and as he gassed BPAY payees, I am now no longer able to use them without adding myself. Such a complete waste of time having to do this all again. Do not recommend.DLK790
Hardly ever works - unreliable
When it works it is good.
90% of the time won’t open due to ‘internet connection timeout’ which is rubbish - every other app works and internet connection is fine.PEOCD
