App just not working
Every time I try to log in, I get an error to check my internet. Every other app works and my internet is fine. Have rung the bank several
Times to try and get this resolved and no one seems to be able to help. Useless 😔T~Rex

well overall the app is good, doesn’t really need to change but I think it would be a lot easier if Auswide had a way that your phone can do the pay like Apple Paysaph🥰

I’d like to see it become available for Apple Watch as I would use it a lot otherwise I love the appBeccy32

This update is not the best. I have arranged my accounts in the order I like but every time I log in again they are mixed up. Very frustrating.
The app is also constantly telling me there is no internet connection?? Website is also down during these times. And I can transfer money when I need to. Get it sorted.Show lessmatilda171
Dreadful
This update is worse than the previous app. Account info takes up half the screen then doesn’t disappear when scrolling for transactions like normal banking apps do. This means you can only view 2 transactions on screen before scrolling- defeats the purpose of checking your transactions. PLEASE FIX with some decent coding.Show less$$$$?????!!!!!!
No apple pay, face id, reoccurring payment setup

App needs to have function to go between apps and not sign out. My old commonwealth bank app allows you to do this. This is very frustrating if you are trying to transcribe bank details from a message or something.customer a123
Poor data and basic functionality
The level of data attached to the transactions is poor compared to my previous banking apps. No ability to search or pull up data against a provider to see all transactions. It takes often several days for transactions to appear. It’s very basic.doubt that

Overall the app is fine however I have 2 main bugbears:
-I should continually see Navigation walkthroughs every time I log into the app. Once I’ve acknowledged I’ve swiped through these quick navigations, I should not be shown them again,
- the app automatically signs me out if I close or open another app. As a user of many different banking apps, Auswide is the only one that does this. Often I am referencing a message, email that contains the details of a payee and I am forced to write them down before opening the Auswide app because if I get out of the app, it will sign me out. There needs to be a time limit to which users are signed out of their account should they leave the app (as per all the other banking apps I use).Show lessAshyc01
Bit disappointed.
This would be a great app if the problems I have could be fixed.
I can not change my nickname on my accounts. It just keeps coming up as error. I have even updated them through online banking on my computer but the won't flow through to the app. So what is on the app is different to what is online. I have tried deleting and reloading the app many time.
I also can not access the setting on the app. If those problems could be fixed it would be a great app.Show lessShez215
