Really really love this app!
I don’t know how it works but it really does relax me every time I use it, puts me to sleep at night. Thank you for making this!
I never write reviews but
This app has seriously stopped some panic attacks from getting worse. I’m off meds so I need natural ways to control them and this app helps! I would suggest waiting for the blue or green color to start the movement because they are much more relaxing to look at.
I don’t get it
I’m sure some kind of research went into this app’s development, but I am disappointed that no information is given through the app. I was looking for relaxation, but this app feels like work.
Great app!
Update: Love this app, simple, relaxing, and effective.

Relaxing
This is a nice app. I like it best in the beginning when you can see the edges of the circle growing. Once the circle gets too big, it pretty much fills the whole screen with color which isn’t as hypnotic.
Haptic feedback will be awesome
I love this App its awesome. Would love some haptic feedback as I feel it would make it even more realistic. I do not know if it will be better on moving your finger around or when you do not stop. But I'll be glad to test it
Response from developer
Thanks for your feedback! Yes, we will add haptic feedback in the near future. Please stay tuned.
The app that creates more anxiety than it relieves.
I didn’t find this app beneficial, my issues with it being:
1. Any app made for the use of stress relief, meditation etc; should avoid using the colour red. It is not a calming colour, it evokes feelings of anger and or passion. Not a colour I enjoy seeing covering my screen when I am trying to find some inner calm.
2. The instructions say to follow the dot, sounds simple enough except it’s not. It kept instructing me to go slower and when I would it would tell me to go on as if I’d stopped completely? very confusing.
3. When the app is already paid, it’s a bit much to have to purchase other music in app. It’s not the price but the principle.

Lovely
This is such a lovely app. So calming. I use this quite often and it brings me back to a calmness.
Sublime
I guess this what I'd call a "Marmite App". You'll either love it or you won't see the point at all. For me this is a fantastic app. What's most extraordinary about it is that once your eyes are closed and your finger is just moving over the screen it feels like your phone is the size of a football field. And it is sublimely relaxing. This is a meditation app that I'll be using regularly. The music is great too. For those who expect instant gratification and fast-paced action, perhaps keep searching...
I have been using this app on and off for a few years now. It still amazes me how quickly my whole body “sinks in” to the gentle motion and soothing sounds. My breathing slows, my heart rate too. This app is a little miracle.
