Turn off the music!
Absolutely unusable due to the overbearing music that can’t be turned off or even down. I find that kind of music absolutely aggravating and the very opposite of soothing and far too many meditation and relaxation apps insist on forcing it on you.
Wonderful app but overpriced sadly
Let’s be very clear - I love the soundscapes, the artwork and the UI of this app. They have done an excellent job introducing ‘amateurs’ like me to mindfulness. However, there are only 4 or 5 soundscapes available on the free version, with a painful subscription fee to fully unlock the app. Let’s not get carried away here - expecting people to pay nearly £80 a year in recurring monthly fees is outrageous to the point of greedy. PERHAPS somebody who religiously used the app every single morning/evening could justify a subscription, however 99% of people could not. I would pay a one-off to unlock new soundscapes as and when required however. Another beautiful app has sadly been spoiled by the modern day insistence in technology that you can’t really buy and own a product - you merely rent or borrow it. What a shame!

Please PLEASE allow subscribers to remove music!
For an app that asks subscribers to pay nearly 50 dollars a year, you would think its developers would allow the option (at least for the paid version) to remove music from the otherwise “natural” sounds. But no. The reviews for this app are full of clients (and ex-clients) begging for this option, but apparently the app’s creators don’t care. It’s actually rather sad, because the app is quite complete and it’s evident that a lot of thought has been invested in it. Unfortunately, the random, spacey and rather creepy music are ruining it! I will be happy to change this rating to a 5 as soon as an option to remove music from the natural soundtracks has been added (at least for the most expensive paid version).
Ah! And forget about using this app to concentrate on your work while you are writing / using your iPad for productivity. It cannot be used with any other app!
