TERRIBLE!!
I paid for this up years ago. But after the IOS it had asked me to update the app which I did. As soon as I updated, I could not access my passwords anymore ! And the developer is not even responding to my email. What a horrible developer! If I can rate a zero star I would ! Do not waste your money in this app!

Not compatible with iOS 14.5
After updating to Apple iOS 14.5 when trying to open the app I get a message that says ‘password needs to be updated updated.’ We are unable to contact the developer. The program worked great until it suddenly became unavailable after my phone updated version 14.5

Changed App
I had purchased the full version of old version of this app. When updated iPhone iOS it said no longer compatible needed to upgrade. New version of app looks exactly like old version but is a different app that I have to repurchase full version of. I cannot access any of my passwords I has stored in old app and no one replied to my emails for support.

Do not use this - developer doesn’t care
NOT COMPATIBLE WITH IOS 14.5!!!!!! They have another identical app called iPassword and have not updated it so everyone who purchased it now doesn’t have their passwords After updating to Apple IOS 14.5 when trying to open the app I get a message that says, "iPassword needs to be updated. The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of IOS." We are unable to contact the developer. The program worked great until it suddenly became unavailable after my phone updated to version 14.5.
Thankfully I was able to retrieve the passwords off my previous phone but that was just luck. Don’t use this app !!!!!!

Unreliable developer!
Same as most recent reviews, I’ve lost 7 years worth of passwords even though I paid for the “pro version”. Developer just ended support with the new iOS update (no warning!) and decided to move onto this app. Will probably make a few thousand off of this one and then move onto another. The app doesn’t even seem to be any different. So f’d up! 🤬🤬🤬

Ipassword not compatible, needs update
DO NOT save your passwords here. the developer has left thousands of people locked out of their passwords because they won’t do an update to their previous ipassword software for IOS 14.5. This happened without warning.
Good app but May not be reliable
I have used this app for many years. Definitely more than 5-6 years. I saved all my passwords of different apps and websites etc in this. It’s apparently secure and everything and very easy to use too.
Everything was going well until recently when I upgraded the OS version on my iPhone and this app gave me a shock of my life. Whenever I tried to open the app it said that it won’t work with the latest OS version which I just upgraded to. No matter what it did not work at all. I googled to check if there was any work around to get my data but there wasn’t a way to get it. The app notified me that I should delete it so I did and then downloaded the new version of this app now. I opened the new version and tried to get my data from the cloud, but the app told me that my data from the old version cannot be restored any more.
So basically I have lost all my data/passwords store for the last 5-6 years. And I have no choice but to recreate everything again. There is not guarantee that the app will not go through the same situation again in a few years

Works for me, But…..
This App works for me, but I did have troubles after the last big update. Like everyone else it just stopped working to the point you get extremely mad about the situation. I had a old backup that I was able to recover, but I still lost tons of pw’s. Im all updated and backup. I really should be shopping for a new app. Not cool man. Update your apps, or do something about this kimd of problem apple.

AVOID THIS APP - iPassword
4.4 IS A FALSE RATING ! Read the reviews. Some 5 star ratings are actual complaints about the developers not supporting the previous version and we all lost hundreds of passwords. APPLE should step in to fix this or at very least ban this developer.
I purchased the previous version of this app because the app I was using to store passwords stopped working and the developers refused to update it. AND NOW THIS APP’s developers have done the EXACT SAME THING!!!! All of my passwords are un-retrievable because they refused to update the previous version to work with iOS 14.6! The new version will not honor previous purchases and the “fix” they offer to transfer data to the new app is a joke! Will not work!! If they did it once, They will do it again! If you use this APP, you risk losing all data saved to it! I guess the only way to prevent this is to go back to keeping paper copies of my passwords and lock them in safe?? Thanks Apple and Thanks iPassword for taking my money only to lock up my data with not so much as a ransom note!

Not reliable to maintain app upgrades!!!
I was previously using their IPassword app and lost ALL my data once I upgraded to iOS 14.6.
The developer abandoned the previous app and decided to create a new app (this one). They will probably do the same with this app. Obviously doesn’t care that we had important information and just left all previous users hanging.
