US feedback

It is certainly much more convenient than finding a notary for signature and existence verification. Just takes a bit to get used to the technology and process involved. Great system for all stakeholders. Congrats and Thanks 👍

Digit ID Verify

Overall this process is indeed much easier than trying to find an official to confirm one’s identity. The software is well designed.

Identify with USA drivers license

Have to repeat 3 times and still waiting on Helpdesk support. Using different format

Getting the identification uploaded was easy

Taking the picture of passport was easy to upload and the short video was seamless and worked smoothly.

Photo

Sent photos several times. Received error message that stated photo ID was not readable. I will send proof of life paper form as a backup to the POSTIDENT method

Good but use your iPhone (not iPad)

Final screen is not clear … what is the next step? Should be something like “checking your data … we will send an email with results … you can exit the app”

Video does not work on iPad … but does on iPhone

Unclear instructions

App talks of front of document and back of document to be copied, might work for a German ID card or US drivers license, if that should be acceptable, but what’s the „back“ of a EU passport ?

Moreover, app stalls when it gets to photo section.
Contours for face box don’t open up. No way to see camera function . 2 tries already.

Tried twice did not work

I had to document that my mother is alive. She has a California ID card. No active passport. Two times the system said it did not recognize the ID. I used both my iPhone and my IPAD which both have very good cameras. System said - the photos were not good. (All written in German ). I had to use Google Translate to figure out what it was saying. Even though I had pressed the ENGLISH option. The letter I received, two days after submission also was written in German. Definitely not a good app if you are located in the USA and trying to get documentation approval with the German government.
