Great App

Used Postident for the first time. Version 14.1 worked very well. The explanations on what is needed to have ready, how to get from the barcode in the letter into the App, and when and how the result would be communicated were all clear. The result came within the promised 24 hours. Wonderful!

Seems to still have some glitches

In principal: A great idea. If I am correct, this is a new process. So some glitches to be expected, I guess.

The ID number never populated after the scan. But with the help of the step by step description I could figure it out and cut and paste it from the e-mail. That allowed me to continue.

The ID process never showed the results of the photos and the video taken. My face never showed in the frame as the description tells you. So I had no chance to review what I was sending. Now I have to wait 24 hours to find out.

Life Certificate

It is so much easier using POSTIDENT app than finding appropriate Notary to have Life Certificate Notarized - been a great experience to use the app and I’m sure the next time I’ll use it it will be a lot easier - thanks again for the introduction

Utter failure

Fails no matter what document I use, even the ones that are stated to be valid, and no matter how well I make the photos. So the one thing the app is supposed to do, it cannot do. 0/5 stars

AVOID USING AT ALL COST: Worst ServiceI I have ever experienced

How an app and service can function with the current level of customer service provided is incredible. To allow staff to swear at, shout at and mock your users is extremely unacceptable. If I could give 0 stars I would as this was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Serious checking is needed for the quality of service you are providing!

No English support

Tried to verify my ID but there are no English speaking representatives.

Kept trying several times but only options were German or Polish. Neither would understand English so wasn’t able to verify my identity and eventually gave up.
