Seems to still have some glitches
The ID number never populated after the scan. But with the help of the step by step description I could figure it out and cut and paste it from the e-mail. That allowed me to continue.
The ID process never showed the results of the photos and the video taken. My face never showed in the frame as the description tells you. So I had no chance to review what I was sending. Now I have to wait 24 hours to find out.

No English support
Kept trying several times but only options were German or Polish. Neither would understand English so wasn’t able to verify my identity and eventually gave up.
