Slow and efficient
This app is so slow that by the time you look up a bus, you missed it.
Pretty good for my needs
I use AC Transit buses frequently, and this is better for me than the Transit app in that it lets me look out across the entire system, not just the stops closest to me. That said, I would really prefer if the bus line schedule (of predicted stop times on the selected line) were also embedded in the app, instead of linked through the website.

App won’t open on iOS 26.0.1
It force closes the app the second you open it. Redownloaded the app and restarted my phone, still same issue
Always crashes, used to be great
I used to rely on the app for commuting, but in the past month or so, it always crashes when I try opening it. I'm using newly updated iOS.
STILL!! Completely Broken
As of this week, the app crashes every time I open it. I’ve deleted and redownloaded it several times and nothing works.
Any chance y’all are ever going to fix this issue? It seems like it’s a pretty common ongoing issue for a lot of users. The app was imperfect, but it was generally the best way to know when your bus is coming. I’m finding that every maps app is completely unreliable, and 511 is very clunky. This has caused incredible inconvenience and numerous unsafe situations for me, and I’ve ended up spending 5x what I intend to on Lyfts because AC Transit itself is so unreliable that I keep ending up stranded. If the buses that are supposed to come regularly just come whenever, and I’m frequently stuck waiting 45 minutes for a 57 that was supposed to come 20 minutes ago, the ABSOLUTE LEAST the county could do is… maybe provide a bare minimum working app so that I know exactly when and where I’m going to be left to wait astronomically longer than promised?
If you need more riders to secure more funding, ease of use is kinda the bare minimum you need to provide. This failed app seems like a feature of the downward spiral of public transportation in the Bay Area and it’s honestly really sad.

App won’t work without wifi
I’m a student who tends to be out a lot and needs to take the bus due to lack of transport. I always carry unlimited data, in case i need to make calls, look things up, etc., and so in case I need to move from a place to another, i open the app to check the bus’s arrival in real time. Lately, this has stopped working for some odd reason. My app won’t work at all the moment I disconnect from wifi and go on cellular data.
I have tried uninstalling it and installing it again, constantly checking if I have my data on, if the app allows the use of data, etc., and nothing seems to work to fix this issue. Every single other app I have such as social media, gps, and browsers work perfectly fine, it’s just this app won’t and I can’t get to figure out why.

Works well for me — I rely on it
I take the bus frequently and use the app to time my walk to the bus stop, and figure out if I should take the next bus or the one after it.
Only once in a very great while does it cause me to miss a bus. Sometimes I have to wait a bit longer, but I am impressed by how accurate it is with busses that have to deal with all kinds of passenger, traffic, and equipment issues.

App no longer works
You need to be connected to wifi in order to use the app, if you are on the go and use it, it will just say no internet.
Works fine
I’ve had no problems with the app. There’s no glitching, it’s easy to use, and is generally helpful as someone who takes the bus nearly every day. Estimated arrival times aren’t always accurate, but that’s not really the app’s fault. Buses around here tend to run late pretty often.
Broken, It keeps giving the wrong estimation for when the bus arrives
it also glitches saying that there’s a bus when there isn’t. For example, today when I was waiting for the bus, the app said it would come in 8 minutes, by the time I arrived at the bus stop, there was only 3 minutes on the app, I waited 3-5 minutes and no bus in sight, I checked the app and the time for the previous bus (the one I was taking) disappeared. App Review
This app provides information that allows me to understand which buses are closest to me and when they arrive.
After the update doesn’t work at all.
And for the update, at least it would reset and show bus arrival times. Now it doesn’t show anything at all just an error message and to try again.

So previously I’ve used this app for about 1–2 years, but as of now the app only closes itself, so I deleted it. But when I redownload it, it keeps happening

The app stopped working for me when the iOS 18 came up and I havw the new iPhone 16 pro idk. Doesn’t make sense. Idk how people are able to use the app when it keeps dropping after you open it

It used to be so helpful, but it doesn’t work for me anymore- it just shuts off anytime I open the app.
Was fine until it wasn’t
App was working as intended until one day it just closes when you try to open it. I tried deleting then redownloading but it still just closes out. This was the main app I was using but now I have to download other ones as the schedules on their website is more confusing than the app because it doesn’t show the times for all the stops

Never predicts the bus on time half the time the buses don’t show up the most of the time
