I just updated the bank app and i can’t access my account with my Face ID anymore. I’ve forgotten my original password and there’s no option to press when you forget your password.

Foolish access bank
You still keep previews of 4 years ago because all the recent reviews are about the ugliness of the bank behavior towards their customers and how can a bank tell you to they will rectify it in 3 working days and now it’s 5 working days and nothing from them because they don’t care if you lose you’re money they only care about they’re profit and I don’t want to complain about how you debit my account without any reasonable complain and the last time my account was 0000 and yet you debit me 2100 for what I don’t know and then they left my bank account showing -2100 and I nor buy and I nor sell

Standing order is not available, u can’t sent to other momo numbers . Quite handicap. U have to go to the bank first.

I’m really regretting opening an account with Access. I always have problems when trying to make transactions. For some days now I’ve tried sending money to wallet via the *901# code and the app, and I’ve never got my money. The hotline number is also not going through.
Can’t login my app anymore
The app was working just fine until I tried login in my account to conduct transactions and I was told that the version is no longer available and I should update my version but I’m coming on play store and there’s no new update on the app so why can’t I login?
