setiap kali ngecek tiket kereta selalu muncul “jadwal kereta tidak tersedia” padahal cek di apk sebelah selalu ada tiketnya, tolong dong perbaiki bug nya jadi susah mau pesan tiket jadi kehabisan

tolong ya KAI diperbaiki lagi app versi ini. Versi sebelumnya sudah bagus loh. Ini setiap pilih hari selalu "jadwal kereta tidak tersedia" dan harus log out lalu log in lagi biar bisa. Tetapi metode ini pun terkena limit jadi aksesnya dilock selama satu jam. TOLONG YA DIPERBAIKI LAGI APLIKASINYA, TERIMA KASIH

Non optimum app with monopoly to own your data
Latest iphone 17 series yet the device overheat so fast while running this app that actively asking for otp that never sent to the registered mail. Apps refused to order ticket as I wasnt given a basic member label that forcefully ask you to give your data anyway.

Aplikasi update bukanya tambah baik dan menyempurnakan bug malah bikin bug aplikasi.
Aplikasi sering force close saat mencari tiket, ketika search 2-3 rute selalu force close, parah.
Kadang juga sering freeze dan harus ditutup paksa. Berakhir nyari tiket ulang dari awal. Ini team IT KAI ga malu? Tolong diperbaiki, jangan modal UI bagus doang, tapi sistem nya buruk.

I try book ticket for panaromic and i just register under passport but then an error appear stated that NIK must be 16 digit which obviously passport id will not reach 16 digit. I assume NIK is Indonesia. ID. Please advise why this happen

Booking tickets through this application proved to be extremely challenging, particularly for foreign users.
The application is highly unstable, frequently crashes, and requires repeated restarts. Based on my experience and corroborating other reviews, the platform contains numerous technical issues that significantly hinder usability.
Our group attempted to book tickets for a journey from Bandung to Yogyakarta, but the process was unsuccessful due to persistent errors. Ultimately, we were forced to abandon the attempt and arrange alternative transportation.
A critical flaw occurs when the primary traveler uses a passport instead of a local identification card. While the system initially accepts the passport, it incorrectly categorizes it as a local ID, resulting in booking failures due to format inconsistencies.
Furthermore, there appears to be a practice of removing negative feedback by marking it as inappropriate, which misrepresents the app’s actual performance and reliability.
In its current state, this application does not meet the standards expected for a seamless booking experience and requires substantial improvements.
