Tp kenapa tiap kali mau isi data diri, di pilihan “Tipe ID” ketika di klik tidak pernah muncul apa2, jd gimana dong solusinya ?

Pembayarannya sering error saldo udah kepotong tapi tiket belum lunas terpesan.

It doesn’t work so why don’t they have a way to buy tickets at the station. Instead they have customer service to help you fix the broken awful app when those people could just be selling tickets.
Not ready for foreign travellers
Foreign telephone numbers are not supported, so cannot be used to validate account creation.
Also, birth date calendar selector doesn’t work properly and closes before you are able to select the right day.
Credit cards don’t seem to be able to be validated either, so you’re stuck using local payment methods.
Just go buy a ticket at the counter …

Status tiket selalu bermasalah
Tiket yg sudah dibayar statusnya muncul belum dibayar, barcode tidak bisa dibuka. Setelah pesan lg, statusnya berubah. Jdnya dobel..hadeh, amatir
KAI pay tidak bisa dipakai
KAI pay diminta aktivasi setiap kali log in, setelah aktivasi juga tetap tidak bisa dipakai untuk pembayaran. Aktivasi berulang kali tetap bermasalah
