Does not work at all
Worked on the first day here in Bombay — afterwards gives error message ‘key is not ready’. Horrible app 0/10
It doesn’t work
There are no hotels accepting this. Everyone replies the same “it doesn’t work here”. Moreover, what is the point on having a separate app?

Pourquoi cette application pour la clé quand on ouvre la chambre n’est pas adaptée sur une Apple Watch

Zero informação em que hotéis isso é aceito
Nenhum hotel da rede informa se é compatível com a tal “Accor Key”. Uma breve busca no Google indica que houve um piloto no Íbis Styles Faria Lima deste sistema, e nada mais se acha. Creio que isso é um mico que não foi para frente. A reserva no Ibis tem 8 dígitos e o aplicativo só aceita reservas com sete (!!) dígitos. Mais indícios que esse app parou no tempo e espaço, e aqui se enterrou.

Simply put the app didn’t work. Staff gave an array of reasons for this including the function moving to the ALL.com app.

Works for me
Had no problems using this with my recent stay.
While it’s obviously not as fast as a keycard it’s good to have as a backup when you don’t want to have or forget to bring keycard.

Mal exécuté
La fonctionnalité devrait être incorporée dans l’app native All et non via une app annexe. De plus on ne devrait pas avoir à ouvrir l’app pour déverrouiller l’accès, cela devrait être aussi simple qu’un badge plastique. Enfin il n’est pas normal que le numéro de réservation Accor soit incompatible et que l’on doive manuellement faire une manipulation compliquée et tracassante pour réussir à utiliser son smartphone en tant que badge. Les réservations devraient être synchronisées directement avec le compte All de l’utilisateur sans manipulation supplémentaire.

I received an email from the hotel encouraging me to use the app. The app asks for a seven-digit booking number, and all accor app provides an eigh-digit booking number. The eight digit numbers is, of course, not valid.
No further explanations to how and where yo find a seven digit number.

Attempted to use the app each day of my 3 day stay at the Fairmont in Montreal. Every time, an error message and red “X” appeared on screen. The app is completely non-functional and useless.
This app is a JOKE
I arrived at the Hotel in Calgary. Apparently, I can use my Phone as a Key…. No I can’t!!!! It’s asking me for a “Key Reference Code” which is NO WHERE to be found??? Also, my complementary drink was supposed to be automatically updated in the App when I checked in…. NOPE, it did not.
Whomever is in charge of this App and its functionality and integration with the backend should be asked to use it for a bit…. Or get fired.

Errors every time - thankfully I was given a key card at reception!
Customer service is terrible
This is the second time I’ve had to deal with Accor customer service. My bookings don’t display on the app or the website. I brought it up almost 6 months ago, and told me that I have a bug issue that is seemingly impossible to fix. The Accor guys told me to get my bookings directly from fairmont, but every time I try to find my bookings on fairmont, it redirects me to Accor. I’ve been hung up on twice and my last email hasn’t been responded too in three weeks. Trash app. Trash staff.

App inutile, aucun hôtel accor n’est compatible.
When is this being integrated into Accor ALL App ?
The App still seems volatile, have to delete and re-download it sometimes to get it to behave.
Perhaps good that it is not yet integrated into the AccorHotels centralised ALL App…
Wonder how other Hotel Chains provide a better experience inside a singular App, while Accor requires still a multitude of Apps…

Je viens de télécharger votre application et cela ne fonctionne pas car le numéro de réservation ne rentre pas dans la fenêtre dédiée car il comporte 8 lettres alors que celle-ci n’en a que 7 !
Cela provoque une erreur et bloque l’application !
À revoir rapidement, s’il vous plaît.

Ninguém sabe ninguém viu
Os funcionários de front desk nos hotéis da rede Accor desconhecem a funcionalidade contactless e ninguém sabe informar quais hotéis da rede Accor atualmente usam este App de chave virtual. São Paulo, Lisboa, Porto, Milão nenhum hotel oferece suporte a este App. Afinal, quais hotéis da rede oferecem chave virtual?
