I did this option at Big O because the store gave me a bad quote and I didn’t have all the cash on hand I needed. Because I went through this service I had to pay 130.00 extra in fees. Terribly disappointed

If you are a customer and will be paying monthly payments please go another route. They do a mark up that is more than half of what you borrow and then you are charged additional fees in addition to their mark up.
Terrible app & service
The app is the worst. You have to log in twice every time. First in the Acima app, then again at your chosen place to shop, and sometimes even a 3rd time depending on if you’re logging into an account at the chosen store. I also had an issue with my purchase on Amazon, even though it was partially Amazon’s fault with how they time their payment processing, Acima customer service was no help at all. I do not recommend this service or app.

Why
Ever since you guys did a new update or something with that plaid verification. It won’t let me verify although I’m approved. Kind of pathetic. Been using it for over two years now and never had a problem until now.

Estafa en su máxima expresión
Saqué unos sarcillos para mi hija a crédito, me cobraron 63 dólares de inicial y cuando fui a ver me estaban descontando 19 dólares semanales de esos 19 dólares todo iba a los intereses y en menos de u mes los salcillos que costaban 364 terminaron costando más de 500 dólares ya que pagué la cantidad que restaban de los salcillos que era de 354 quiere decir que de los 19 dólares que descontaban solo 5 dólares iban al capital Y de los 63 que pagué al inicio no descontaron nada al capital. De mi parte no los recomiendo nunca.

Unable to make a purchase after I was approved
Got approved for a loan with Wayfair but was never able to make the purchase. The option to pay with Acima never populated at checkout. Called Acima multiple times and spoke with different agents as well as a supervisor named Susan, and not one person resolved the issue! Horrible experience.

Typical predatory rent to own
Target demo is obviously those of low income. These sort of companies love those who are in need, but don’t have enough money for retail. Will cost you a lot more than retail, but can do payments. Not worth it unless you’re able to pay off within 90 days. The full term cost will be way too much.

Don't use this app to make purchases; they are scammers and it's a nightmare. I bought an item for $1,350, but they’ve charged me $4,000 for the lease and keep charging me. I advise you not to even get involved with this app—it will be a headache for you.
Simple resist
The process of getting the stuff was easy The hard part was I changed my number and now they’re giving me a hard time updating it so I can use the portal. I’ve been asking for the portal to be updated for over four weeks now. At this point customer service having just sending me through a loop and have me questioning if this is even worth the hassle.

Customer service nonexistent
Continuously charging NSF fees even though funds are 100% in my account. Cannot get in touch with customer service (waiting hours at a time). The worst finance company I’ve ever dealt with. App never works, can’t make extra payments towards loan. Absolute nightmare all the way around. Find other options this isn’t the one.

Interest wayyyyy to high!
I wanted to make a 500$ purchase. I was approved to pay back over a 12month period, interest was 700$ I immediately cancelled and deleted app. DONT DO IT!!! you are definitely put yourself in a far worse situation over a little bit of money.!!!
