I had canceled my subscription with Acorns a couple months ago and then I found out that I was charged again for another subscription with them when I deleted the app and didnt re subscribe. Do not recommend.

Terrible app to have signed up for.
Money was not added for you to just take and move. Ridiculous app. This was canceled probably half a year ago and i see this email in my inbox. I remember even canceling my subscription was a headache when I did have it.

After installing, a bunch of my social media accounts got hacked and the hackers were advertising cryptocurrencies. DO NOT get.

Wish i would have started sooner
Just now seeing how much it could hopefully benefit me to start letting the app handle some investments and can maybe go in my favor lol still need to learn a lot about it had the app for a long time and never really tried to look deeper into it other than letting it take 5 out every Tuesday

Great app for investing at a young age
Does not honor referral fee
It’s a decent app to save money and have it grow. But recently they had a $1400 referral program invite 4 friends using your link. I’ve heard of people having issues not completing it correctly. I helped all 4 of my roommates fill out all the info and make their investment. only one was applied as a referral. Now the referral window has passed and they’re telling me that I cannot get the referral. The only response I get is “we cannot discuss other clients accounts with you” no way to correct it no way to rectify it. If this doesn’t get corrected we will just cancel the accounts and move to Robin Hood because this is ridiculous
