ACTIVE App Needs a Major Overhaul
The ACTIVE app is an absolute joke. It’s not user-friendly at all. I tried to transfer my marathon ticket, but it just kept glitching. I had to reset my password multiple times, the landing page is full of irrelevant content, and I’m constantly bombarded with ads. Something that should have taken a couple of minutes turned into a frustrating experience. Surely I’m not the only one having these issues?

This App No Longer Worth Downloading
Let me start by saying that I’ve been an active advantage member for at least the past 10 years, but I find no use whatsoever from this app. I should have all my benefits in it- instead I have to browse mobile or desktop web and the limited functions it has- like locate events- won’t accept a new location other than the one stored. Very sad, but not going to waste my time anymore so don’t bother downloading. They clearly let this one go.

I definitely wouldn’t recommend this website.
Seriously Confusing
This app causes you to constantly verify your identity and log into your active account yet still will not show the events you have registered for on your account nor give you info on where to find the “registration code” for your race. I was also bamboozled into subscribing to a year membership which took me hours to cancel. Hopefully it actually cancelled or I will be contacting support.

Unable to change location filter
Its impossible to use this app now.
No support
Both websites and app have no customer support I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone for just about a month and still nothing.
Registered and no balance found
We signed her son up for camp multiple times the registration confirmation email and then try to pay balance and get an error code each time for multiple computers
Waste of Money
Between the lack of local options and misleading pricing this we a waste of money. The classes that were within 10 miles of my area were cheaper when I paid them directly then using the app

Seems like it needs to be modernized badly. Doesn’t make a lot of sense when trying to find my event
Scam app
You sign up then can’t cancel. I’ve cancelled twice already and every year they charge me.
Doesn’t match the website
Disappointed that none of my events appear on the app, I’m struggling to see what the point of it is tbh
The worst app
Beyond a shadow of a doubt, the worst app on my phone. Due to its ineffectiveness, I have cancelled my Active membership. This is a useless app that essentially serves as a login into their website.

Terrible
This app’s user interface is so out dated, it feels like it hasn’t been updated since 2008. Not only that, but for any given section it only has a handful of events for the remainder of the year. It doesn’t make it easy to sign up for events, and if you forget to cancel your subscription it will charge you $100 for an entire year. This app is simply taking up space on the App Store.

What is the point?
The app is terrible - you can’t see anything you’re registered for. I signed up for a run and there are no notices reminders or anything- it’s redirecting me to the website

I saw a charge on my credit card for renewal, trying to cancel is a nightmare!

App is horrible and buggy. The website isn’t much better. It’s a shame that most of my races are connected thru this app…I can’t even get them to merge my two accounts properly.
Registered Events?
I downloaded this app to access my events more easily, but my events are no where to be found. I have to go to the web version to see my events. They should add an events tab.
