Amazing on Desktop, Slow on Phone

The app experience on iOS is quite poor at the moment. It frequently freezes, feels very slow, drains battery quickly, and causes the device to heat up noticeably.

I really enjoy using the desktop version, which works great, but the mobile app experience and stability need significant improvement. I’ve tested this across multiple iOS and Android devices, and the issue persists consistently.

It would be great to see performance and stability improvements addressed in future updates.

It lags so so much!

I use this app every day, but it still lags heavily and drains the battery within minutes. It even heats up my phone after a short time of use. I’ve been facing these same issues for over four years, even after switching to newer iPhones. Please look into fixing the lag and battery drain problems. Thank you!!

Easy to use and incredible UI

I’ve used dozen of platforms such as Monday, Asana, and Trello and none of them come close to Active Collab’s ease of use and interface. A lot of platforms Blair their product with things you don’t need, I love how activate collab has made it so versatile but not overwhelming. My clients love it too and we’ll be using this from now on. Keep up the good work!

Notification tab doesn’t work

I have iPhone 11 Pro. The app worked well for months but for the past 2 months the notifications haven’t worked and I can’t tap on them to go to a task when they do pop up. This has ultimately made the app useless for me unfortunately:L

С компьютерной версии есть календарь, именно им и пользовалась, в мобильной версии почему-то его нет( пришлось удалить. Как сделаете календарь, снова скачаю и поставлю 5 звезд, приложение хорошее на самом деле

Language

How to change language in app? My system language is Russian but app is in English and there is no button to change it :(

The selfhosted version is the best solution from them.

I love their app. love them since the beginning. Simple and elegant. Bugs free script. I wish they bring telegram notification to their platform so all team members are notified in seconds mail is sometimes doesnt popup

Desktop is very good but app not work.

Every task in app not found or error 404, only notifications from tasks working. Tap on them and always error.

Where is Google ID?

I cannot even log in to this app, my profile is linked to my google account. Why there is no authorization via google? Pair of password and email doesnt in this case

Blocks Safari

Scam pattern. Can’t open links in Safari (it blocks and hides Safari from Share, won’t allow even copying links), so your Dropbox app won’t open too, or any other app that open links. Forces you to use built-in browser (you have to login to Dropbox and other services every time), and it is bad. Also not a real app, just a laggy website browser pretending to be an app, but blocking you out of a real browser.

Aweful for IPad

I use AC every day for work and it was so nice to be able to do everything on my IPad… But now the website forces AC to open by the app and the app is not sized for IPad. So now I cant be productive with my IPad anymore. This is such a shame…
