Reviews implied it was all free

A Disappointment

Thanks for sharing your perspective. We take concerns like this seriously, and we’d like to clarify a few points. Our free trial follows Apple’s standard subscription flow - trials automatically convert only if not canceled before the trial ends, which is how App Store subscriptions are designed platform-wide. Pricing is shown clearly on our paywall before purchase, including trial length and renewal terms. We do not hide costs in tiny text. Users also do get a review step through Apple’s purchase confirmation sheet, where subscription details are presented again before completing payment. We strongly disagree with the suggestion that we manipulate users. We build this app to genuinely help people, and when someone is charged unintentionally, we actively guide them through Apple’s official refund process and support them directly. Finally, many features of the app, like the first CBT course, planner, journaling, and affirmations, just to name a few, are fully free. If our clarification addresses your concerns, we’d be truly grateful if you could consider updating or removing this review, because we do our best to support ADHDers, and misleading impressions can prevent people who need help from discovering Unique. If you’d like, contact us at contact@univi.app, and we’ll personally help you review your case end-to-end. Best Regards, Martyna Krzyżanowska Co-founder of Unique
