App Crashes for PDF Report

The app crashes after clicking on the PDF report we pay AED 84 to view, even if you click on the report from the history section, still crashes, I’ve seen other very old reviews saying the same, sad it hasn’t been rectified immediately.

No alternative solution nor other method to view the report through the app. (Cannot say about website experience)

App keep crashing took payment and can't see my report. They don't send reports in email anymore. Don't expect from such a big organisation such a poor service.

I can’t get past the Terms & Conditions screen as the “accept” button doesn’t work. This app is of no use.

How do I get my credit report and score?

First-time users can scan their Emirates ID, review details, register, choose a product, select recipients, complete payment, and then view their score and receive a PDF report via email. Existing users log in, choose a report type, select recipients, complete payment, and receive their report.

What if there is inaccurate information in my credit report?

If you find inaccurate information, you need to contact your banks and financial institutions directly, as they are the ones who can correct and update your records. The app provides a list of Data Provider contact details to assist you.

Is this app free to use?
