App Crashes for PDF Report

The app crashes after clicking on the PDF report we pay AED 84 to view, even if you click on the report from the history section, still crashes, I’ve seen other very old reviews saying the same, sad it hasn’t been rectified immediately.

No alternative solution nor other method to view the report through the app. (Cannot say about website experience)

App crashing

App keep crashing took payment and can't see my report. They don't send reports in email anymore. Don't expect from such a big organisation such a poor service.

برنامج Credit Report لايعمل بشكل صحيح وغير مفيد تم استقطاع المبلغ ولم يتم ارسال التقرير وعند الاتصال بخدمة العملاء أيضا لايوجد حل لمشكلة برنامج فعلا عقيم.

Very convenient to have everything in one place! The process went smoothly but it takes a bit long, still I had nice experience.

I can’t get past the Terms & Conditions screen as the “accept” button doesn’t work. This app is of no use.

Just like many people here, and the google store, I can confirm this app also doesn’t work for me. It fails in every way possible. Even the EID scan part (which is a simple solution that most good apps can do) doesn’t work.

Below there will be a generic response from the developer. No one is actually trying to help users, and the customers service numbers has a long wait.

Sadly, nothing we can do. It’s a monopoly, no alternative.

Please incorporate Apple Pay for your transactions. This will make it a 5 star app.

Doesn’t work on iPhone XS

The application couldn’t start on iPhone XS . Throwing an error can not work on rooted devices given my device is not rooted
