App randomly forgets passwords and username. Sometimes stops working for no apparent reason even after restarting phone
App not working
Unable to log into app to pay or review bill. This has been going on for at least a week
Monthly password reset
Annoying. Every single month have to reset password. Ludicrous
Terrible Bugs
Trying to compare bills results in a Session Expired error every time. Login multiple times and it errors out. No ability to compare bills. So many bugs.
Last update
Ever since the last update I have to change my password every time I open my account. Such a horrible service.
