This app is garbage don’t waste your time. Doesn’t even get out of the gate and let you sign on to do anything and the company has no support. Total rip off.

Just downloaded the app and then go to the “Start page” and entered the Country of Residence, then it shows that “Something does not work” and it’s only the first step of registration/ using the app. Was initially excited to try out the VR functionality and now dunno what to do.

Terrible App
I regret buying the machine with this non-existent VR feature. I feel like the company is scamming us by not removing the VR option from its product. This app does not work!! I would have loved the machine if I had only bought that alone. I would have also saved $30 or so. After reading the app reviews, researching on the web, and waiting for 3 months for the company to respond, it is clear that this app hasn’t worked in AT LEAST A YEAR and the company does not plan on fixing it.

I’ve been trying to g to create an account since Christmas. Can’t get past country selection. Customer support responded to one email saying they were in the process of updating it. No response to my queries since.

I can’t even get as far as creating a new account and using the app. Very frustrating especially seeing other bad reviews. I was so excited to get this machine, and very disappointed that the app and VR don’t work. I wouldn’t have spent the extra money to get them had I known.
Login problem
Login problem still exist. Can’t create an account, error message after selected country (US). Tried to use Apple, not Google and Facebook account- same error.

App is a Digital Brick
I’m unable to get to the 1st step of creating my profile - the US comes up as a country choice, but choosing “Next” results in an error code.
Having worked as a project manager in IT for years, I’m amazed that this is still an issue! According to the App Store, issues related to logging in have been resolved for 11 months . . .
Inova - As the “team behind Aeroski”, this is a huge problem you need to resolve. The app is a major factor in the consumer decision-making process, and it’s a fail. UX is everything with this product - why is it still an issue? In following up on my purchase, I’ve noticed that virtually everything is sold out - this problem is only going to get worse. So get on it and fix this - your ratings for VoC ratings can’t be much worse.
If it would make any difference, I’m even willing to help by putting together a plan with your marketing & IT teams to get things moving. Don’t let this fester any longer! Fulfill your commitment to your customers!
