App is broken
App constantly submits entered data while you are typing it in. And it doesn’t allow you to update your password on the app even after verifying using my phone number or email. I entered the new password that I wanted and it says there’s an error and cannot be done at this time.
Update already!
Ever since the update it won’t tell me price of medicines! Update again and fix it!!

I completely understand the frustration as Aetna continues to deny medication’s. My doctors have prescribed for my health and my back continue to deteriorate to the point where I can’t even wash dishes, because Aetna wants to continue playing games! Disgusting!
Technical difficulties
App won’t let me sign in. States technical difficulties and to try later. This has been this way for over a month.
So many bugs
It just says “tech difficulties come back later” every time I try to login. Also the app is just a website wrapper to begin with. They mailed this in and it shows.
Horrible insurance
Since my company switched to Aetna, it’s been nothing but a headache and hassle. You are not helpful and you try to make things harder than they have to be to patients just give up and suffer. And because you own CVS you use blackmail so we are forced to use your stores.
Great when it works…
The app functionality is overall pretty good. I do have two issues. 1) Frequently I open the app and it says “Come Back Soon! We’re having technical issues. Please try again later.” Unfortunately this has been happening more and more, specifically when I need to see the app. 2) It shows my Inspiration HSA balance, but does not provide any other information or even take me to the Inspiration site.

Your app is impossible to navigate and seems designed to thwart claims. Queries cannot be answered on same page. Claim numbers do not copy across.

The app is buggy and almost every interaction just forces you out to a web page. There’s no reason for this app to exist.

Worst prescription experience
Aetna won't cover 90 day supply of cholesterol medication unless you order it through their own mail order pharmacy. I've never had an insurance policy so stupid. Now they've called several times just to transfer the prescription, they want me to call my doctor and explain their stupidity so they send another prescription and today they're just leaving voice message after voice message that I need to call them about it.
Never had an insurance company actively make something so simple and straightforward as complicated and frustrating.

This app SUCKS. My wife needed emergency stitches and the app was USELESS for finding what hospital to go to. The AI sucked. The app is not intuitive. Useless. Worthless

Can’t login!!! Says the plan isn’t supported in the app, go to web. Okay, I did - tried to login in again and it says system unavailable!!!! wth?
No dentists in network?
This app cannot find a dentist in network! So to hell with this! I demand a DENTIST IN NETWORK or an EQUALLY sufficient solution!
Fix it
This app is so slow. If you can’t figure how to incorporate Fact ID into your app, don’t make it the default for logging in when the app is launched. It always takes forever for the app to launch and attempt to log in with Face ID before it inevitably fails and you have to log in with your password. I don’t mind having to use a password, but I do mind having to wait for Face ID to fail every time before being able to use the app.

Expensive healthcare
Nothing worse than working hard for medical benefits that are disproportionate between expense and coverage. People who actually work for their healthcare, especially the middle class, pay a significant premium with heavy co-payments, meanwhile those who don’t work or who aren’t legal citizens of the U.S., get healthcare at the working class’s expense. In other words, I have to work to obtain healthcare benefits, pay costly deductibles and co-payments while others get the same coverage I have, for zero out of pocket expenses. Make it make sense?!!!

Unable to upload
Is this a new version? If so, very disappointing. So many lags and unable to upload. Two weeks ago, no problem at all. Now it’s very time consuming and frustrating. Your developers need to work out these issues so customers can have the efficient service Aetna is known to provide.
