Keep show me account inactive ask me to go web page reactive, after reactive at webpage then ask me go apps reactive keep go here go there. At the end can’t login. Zzzz

Poor App Login Sync Management
Do make an enhancement to your app to link customer’s Face ID to your password input textbox within login screen. Even though your app look and feel has been updated, the login management is still causing utmost inconvenience to customers who only uses Face ID to login without manually inputting the password from login screen hence just do something about this so that your customers who always uses Face ID to login doesn’t gets prompted with inactive account message.

Kept deactivate my account and asking me to reactivate
If there’s negative stars i would have given this platform negative stars, because it kept deactivating my account without my consent and the reactivation is very troublesome, has the developer really tried this app to understand user experience? I highly doubt
To reactivate my account I need to use browser but to approve my reactivation request the browser didn’t tell me how to do it, worst still when I try to use this app to approve the reactivate request it directed me back to the webpage for reactivation
It’s like impossible to fulfill loop
