Keep show me account inactive ask me to go web page reactive, after reactive at webpage then ask me go apps reactive keep go here go there. At the end can’t login. Zzzz

Poor App Login Sync Management
Do make an enhancement to your app to link customer’s Face ID to your password input textbox within login screen. Even though your app look and feel has been updated, the login management is still causing utmost inconvenience to customers who only uses Face ID to login without manually inputting the password from login screen hence just do something about this so that your customers who always uses Face ID to login doesn’t gets prompted with inactive account message.

Kept deactivate my account and asking me to reactivate
If there’s negative stars i would have given this platform negative stars, because it kept deactivating my account without my consent and the reactivation is very troublesome, has the developer really tried this app to understand user experience? I highly doubt
To reactivate my account I need to use browser but to approve my reactivation request the browser didn’t tell me how to do it, worst still when I try to use this app to approve the reactivate request it directed me back to the webpage for reactivation
It’s like impossible to fulfill loop

Finally!
I dropped a review last time about the password field issue and glad that they’ve fixed it. Now I have no issue with the app and happy with how it is now
Poor efficiency
The app always lags. Whenever I do online payment, the app showing as ‘ERROR’ or ‘SYSTEM UNAVAILABLE’. And also please changed the font of receipt of online transfer as it is too small. Please improve the efficiency of the app!!!!
Statement
Having trouble with transactions statement which some missing from the history… this is a bank how come the sort of issue happen?? transaction is most important thing in the bank industry… i got 2 transactions but when generating statements only show 1 transaction

Always cannot log in and when click apps said ask go update but nothing to update make until we whole company staff are trouble cannot use their salary. Please kindly do something

May take sometime when opening the Favourite Party before transfering fund
QR Payment
The QR payment. The font used to show the amount of payment made via QR is recommended to change. Use at least different or bigger fonts. It’s hard to differentiate the amount

Not so user friendly
Some of the feature make me confusing. For example credit card statement balance. Even after payment, the value still there. Sometime i forgot i already paid or not. Not like MAE, very user friendly
NEED MORE UPGRADE
good upgrade but not good in all old device.. please make the app suitable and eligable to old device..its very sweet if you can compatible the old device to use your apps.. please be nice thankyou.. i hope you can make the changes
Unable to log in
I received the message on old app mentioning they transferring to this new app..so I downloaded but forgot to login first before deleting the old app. This end up when I try to log in, it shows card not exist. LOL then I been led to their website to register card and this is funny because they already removed the old app and I couldn’t download it back and approved the authorisations…please help out

Missing icon
App has improved however after updating now the icon is missing. Is just now blank white icon but the app is working so far. Using iPhone 16
Finally it’s working perfectly!
The new app used to crash 3-5 times when signing in. After an update, it works well. It has come a long way from the first app that wouldn’t send approval notifications when transacting outside the app. Also, the new app has QR pay. Congratulations Affin Bank!
