I can’t cancel a card that wouldn’t work, avoid this app like the plague.
Questionable Product
I have tested other buy now pay over time product. This is a ok product not the best out there. Charging high interest when other products don’t. Wouldn’t recommend this product to family, friends, or others due to the following: Management removing all Minority Employees at all levels. Until this has been addressed I will not use this product!

Multiple charges
I attempted to use Affirm with Instacart. I was declined due to an “address mismatch”- although I checked multiple times that my address was correct. I was charged 3 down payments even though I was declined. Customer service told me it would take over a week for the refund.
Incompetent app
This is the worst app I’ve ever please don’t give this app any attention the support is very rude.
Illogical decision making
I used affirm and paid them back every purchase. Now they don’t want to approve me. Ridiculous.
Unauthorized entries
There are three different amounts of money coming out of my checking account and I have NO OPEN BALANCES ON AFFIRM!
No Confirmation on Payment
I was finishing up a payment plan and logged in to review the last payment.
Two things: the email for the previous payment was sent to my email when I logged in the morning. I made the purchase 5 days ago. The last payment was made without my approval even though I had 10 days left.
Absolutely ridiculous that there is not another page for confirmation and very irritated with this design. I enjoy the flexibility of payment plans but I will never recommend Affirm for any purchases in the future.

I was going to give a worse response because I was angry at what another company did. I was very upset when you sent me an email saying any commitments though that payment will be fulfilled, a few minutes later (you owe me)

Why do I keep having issues with my affirm account? I been making payments on time since I started using it. When I got 2 tires a few weeks ago it said I did not have to make a payment for it till August 31th. Just paid my last payment of 13 dollars for my last purchase and I just started a new job doing demolition and had to order boots and a hardhat but is telling me tomorrow the 13 I have to make a payment . And this has happened with all orders I’ve made where the app tells me I need to make a payment one day and then it switches to a different date. And when I got this affirm account I also applied for the Amazon credit card for a bonus gift card but I never even got this bonus gift card and got the credit card with my own deposit to my card.

I love my Affirm card until I put it somewhere in my house and I can’t find it!!!
Very easy to use and to plan purchases! Except Walmart they don’t take planned purchases from Affirm
Dispute
Affirm is not highly recommend, its come to dispute your purchasing, they dont help or do anything to it. They help if u cancel order or dispute order they dont help. After i paid off my balance i will closed my acct here. American express u file dispute they take action with in 5mins.

This app is horrible I got a refund for my purchase and affirm would not accept it and keep charging me even though it was returned anyways

Does not let me access my account past re enter passcode when trying to create one.

Affirm has never given me any issues.
It has allowed for purchases that might not have happened when I’ve needed them to.
I have had zero issues dealing with Affirm. They are amazing.

Disappointed
I have been working with the Affirm for a while. All my stuff was paid off on time or even earlier than when it was due and next thing you know, they took it away from me canceled everything and nobody has a decision why they never had no problem with my payments. My payments were always on time! And all of a sudden it was just taken for me and I don’t understand why and nobody will give me an answer.

Cette ne fonctionne plus. On nous demande de créer un code d’accès et une fois le code entré à la seconde page de confirmation du code impossible d’entrer le code à nouveau. J’ai désinstaller l’app 3 fois et ré-essayé sans succès.
