NON ECOA FCRA COMPLIANT

I have been using Zip pay for over six years and up until recently have had zero issues. Not a single missed payment or late payment in SIX years. Just finished paying off one of my installments and come to find out my app is no longer working. I begin a purchase, accept the loan agreement and receive an error message that Zip Pay is not available. This is an adverse action and after not receiving any information is a direct violation of my federally protected rights under the ECOA and FCRA. I have attempted to reach Zip pay by chat and email nearly ten times requesting for more information and not a single response. They have 72 hours to comply with my request for information before the CFPB and my attorney is notified.

If you don’t use the zip card the hold can stay on for days at a store and that money is tied up until it releases could be days.
