Unable to even make an account.

So I got recommended Zip by a family member and I finally download it. Unfortunately however I can't even make an account because someone previously made an account with my phone number, I was hoping that there would have been an option to change that however, there wasn't.

Beneficial

I have been using ZIP for about 2-3 years now and it can be a life saver at times. Ive referred it to a few of my friends and they find it very useful as well. Very easy and convenient to use at any time of day or night. More than pleased with its services and plan to continue using it!
