NON ECOA FCRA COMPLIANT
I have been using Zip pay for over six years and up until recently have had zero issues. Not a single missed payment or late payment in SIX years. Just finished paying off one of my installments and come to find out my app is no longer working. I begin a purchase, accept the loan agreement and receive an error message that Zip Pay is not available. This is an adverse action and after not receiving any information is a direct violation of my federally protected rights under the ECOA and FCRA. I have attempted to reach Zip pay by chat and email nearly ten times requesting for more information and not a single response. They have 72 hours to comply with my request for information before the CFPB and my attorney is notified.

I use them all. Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, Buy Now Pay Later. Zip is the best one my a mile because it’s the most versatile. You can use it to pay your bills if you need to. And it even gives you the option to pay in 8 if the purchase is too big. I really dig this pay service!

Horrible customer service support
I’ve been using zip for years but recently had a problem with the app over charging me , even tho I showed proof of receipts from purchase they’re refusing to help outright . After being a customer for years I’ve never bother much with support but the few times I’ve had I aye charges that were more than I should have due to support not willing to help. Beware even if you have proof any overcharges you get they’ll claim is correct even with alll the evidence on your side .
