Money stuck in account, no refund after weeks
I recharged $150 in early May, but the money has been stuck in my Afriex account and I cannot do anything with it. I can’t cancel the transaction, I can’t send the money, and I can’t withdraw it. I contacted WhatsApp customer support on May 18 to request a refund, but it has been almost a month and the issue is still not resolved. This is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Holding a customer’s money with no usable function and no timely refund is a very serious problem. I do not recommend this app until they fix their refund and customer support process.

Ineffective issue management and resolution
Customer support and issue resolution is quite poor and ineffective for a company of this size. It takes forever to resolve issues and it seems the left hand doesn’t always communicate with the right hand leaving the customer in distress for an extended period of time.

Been us by Afriex for a while now, at first it was nice with affordable rates, but making a transaction with them is hell, there’s always an error message popping up then they will ask for some documentations which you have probably submitted a thousand times already, or they tell you there’s a problem with the 3rd parties server, every freaking time
I have never had a smooth transaction with them just use LemFi for your peace of mind the extra cash isn’t worth the stress they will put you through

You wont get the transfer to the recipient after 3-5 days they will cancel and after they will refund to afriex wallet u wont get it to bank even if u submit withdrawal back to account

this app is very bad, every week one problem or another. i can’t transfer my money out for over a month now and the support team uses Chat gpt to reply your issues and absolutely nothing is being done, they keep sending the same email over and over again with the same response “we will forward it to the support team” these guys don’t even have a support to start with
