They blocked my ability to send money. I’ve been using their services to send money for a while now, and suddenly, I lost access. The process to regain access was incredibly cumbersome.

This company has the best rates by far and everyone should stop using the other thieving companies with high charges and not paying your loved ones the right amount.The reason I did not give five stars was because the only service two countries but their rates is absolutely perfect

I stumbled upon this app on apple play store and I am totally happy with it’s features and how easy it is to use. I will recommend to family and friends.
Can’t use the app
After the new update I literally cannot use the app. It always gets stuck at pincode
Post app update
After the new update, the app remove the decimal point when sending funds. It forces people to send more than they want to send. The contact information doesn’t work. After attempting to send multiple emails, I received an error message stating that message not sent.
Complaint
Whenever I send my money it will take time for the transaction to complete it always on review unless I have to contact them and report a complaint it so frustrating you want to send money to your love ones back home for emergency use and it will take time for they to process the transaction and I have been using this app for long now for them to be always doing this

I have been using this app since the early days. It convenient and easy. But recently I can't find any of my previous transactions that's why am giving it 2 stars.
App has too many bugs
After creating my account several times the app still says that I do not have an account and the email or password are incorrect

Needs massive overhaul and two step authentication has resulted in my payment not going through several times.

Poor procedure
I have been sending money with this company for a long time and they always stopped me from sending money when my family really needed money. I’m building a house back home and it demands a lots of money. This company will never tell me the limits to send in a month, they always ask me for paystubs and I always provide it. I’m not a drug dealer I’m a nurse, I work hard for my money. It’s just so frustrating. The worst that happened to me now is that I tried to send money at night because my sister was sick they declined it and by the time I sent it through another company my sister died.

I was finally relieved when I learned about this app, in hopes of easily sending money to my family in Ghana, only to find out after downloading the app that there are only 2 avail ever sending countries.
