The app is currently down, as is online login. As it’s a weekend, no support is available for help making a crucial financial transfer. Not good enough AIB.

Log in takes too long
Can you add the option to sign in with Face ID when you open the app? It’s currently a 4 click process even with Face ID enabled which is dumb as no one opened the app to admire the interim landing pages.

Can't add my card to my Apple Pay as I live in UK and it won't allow me anymore
Not very user friendly
Logging in seems slow and laboured, pressing “proceed” when you’ve clearly clicked in the app to use it ect. Monzo is best banking app I’ve used, everything clear and smooth.
