First time I bought an Airalo sim was successful. My package ran out and the app stopped allowing a top-up so I was forced to buy another for my last five days. On the second day of my second sim just stopped working. I tried every trouble shoot, my phone said I had a connection and not a single thing loaded. Of course the help centre is terrible and assumes you are doing something wrong, would not recommend.
