Janky and overpriced
Sick of these businesses charging you for the product and then a subscription on top of that for their very average app. No thanks
Doesn’t work
2nd very expensive device and it doesn’t even connect. The customer service is very poor and they would not replace the first one so had to buy another. Beware!
When it works, it works
Zero fit pro 2.0 is a great machine when it works. The bio feedback is very necessary when it doesn’t work you might as well be using a $28 spirometer.
Great Idea, Poor Design — Battery Failure Makes It Useless
I bought the Airofit in 2023 for $350 plus a $60/year subscription. The battery never held a full charge and eventually died completely. Worse, the battery can’t be replaced, so once it fails, the entire device is useless.
Looking online, this seems to be a common issue—many users report charging problems, dead batteries, and no way to repair them. For the price, this feels like a serious design flaw, not normal wear and tear.
A great concept, but poor hardware reliability and no replaceable battery make it impossible to recommend.

Crashing
Hi the app is crashing everytime I open it. I have a new device but I’m unable to open the app for some reason. I also did check I have the updated version.
Broken
My app no longer opens. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled, I’ve restarted my phone. Nothing seems to work.
Airofit Trainer
The Airofit trainer has helped my singing immensely. My voice is much more powerful and controlled. Highly recommended.
Have to pay to fully use app
To fully use the app you have to pay, which when I was buying the product it didn’t disclose, for the hefty price it should definitely come with the app and its features full use.

This app is extremely frustrating. I’ve had to reinstall it three times because it won’t connect to the device. I’ve paid for a subscription. It doesn’t recognize the subscription. In general, I would not recommend the device for the app based on the performance so far.
New Airofit Pro 2
The device arrived yesterday. App has issues. It is stuck on introductory video. At the end of the video there is a next button and then test your lungs one - unfortunately no test appears, instead exactly the same video is being played again. I tried numerous times - same story every time. It will also not let me to connect the device to the app. App that does not work - I cannot use the device. For the money I paid, I would have expected the app would work! What a disappointment!

I am a 73 year old male who has always parcipitated in various sports however my lung capacity has always restricted performance especially when I was a squash player. I started used Airofit 3 years ago and it has made a big difference. About 3 months ago I stopped but on restarting 2 weeks ago I was surprised that my performance had dropped. So it goes to show that Airofit does work and I will continue to use it.

I was diagnosed with Covid19 and had some complications I use Airofit everyday and it has made a remarkable difference in my life. The times that I’ve have had a problem the customer service was spectacular

完全に日本語化してほしい
使っていくうちにアプリの使い方やトレーニングのコツはわかってきたが、設定変更をしようとしたら英語の確認（警告？）メッセージが出てきてYesか Noか尋ねるが何言ってるのか全然わからないので、怖くて変更できない。
このように使っていて時々出てくる英語に戸惑っているので、完全に日本語化して安心して使えるようにしてほしい。
