Yes, the app works but it’s like it was built about 15 years ago! It’s really frustrating that there are no automations or ways to integrate the AC control with other apps or iOS.

Timer assurdo
Come app non sarebbe nemmeno male, ma inconcepibile la svista riguardo la programmazione del timer, ovvero, non c’è modo di dirgli in quale modalità si dovrà accendere e quale apertura della aletta deve avere, lui semplicemente si accenderà con l’ultima modalità inserita manualmente prima, quindi se di giorno imposto clima, di notte (quando ho programmato il timer) si accederà nuovamente su clima, anche se volessi invece deumidificatore, ed appunto stessa cosa con l’apertura della aletta, che di notte la vorrei meno aperta perché direzionato sul letto. Spero davvero che correggano questa forte pecca. Per il resto niente male.

App needs stabilising - it keeps logging me out every few days. Un and pw doesn’t recall Face ID so you have to manually enter it every few days then it says no internet! I’m on 1.6ghz WiFi. Really poor app.

incompetent developers
after the latest update it forces a sign in, my ac was registered without an account so I had to create a new account. After creating a new account and trying to register my AC it says it’s already registered to another account so there’s nothing I can do.

Ho installato 2 condizionatori e messo il dispositivo Wi-Fi in ognuno e per alcuni mesi l’applicazione funzionava. Da qualche settimana è diventata inutilizzabile.. continui errori 4110. Provato a fare registrazione di un nuovo account, metti email e password e poi non ti fa andare avanti. Applicazione PENOSA.

What kind of app is not working on ios like this. Cannot use this at all. My ac is new unit and this is THE FIRST TIME to download and use , and keep having a communication error which is none sense , as our wifi is totally fine. My phone is fine the wifi connection is fine and green on unit. So , this is about the app, if you cannot make the app Remote then please dont. It is a WASTE to use resources to build this app.

Da marzo che ho installare fujitsu AIRSTAGE e successivamente anche l’app per gestire il tutto in maniera più comoda, ma di fatto non c’è niente di comodo, perché spesso uno o entrambi i condizionatori registrati nell’app risultano disconnessi e devo ogni volta rifare la procedura di registrazione o ancora più scomodo utilizzare il telecomando, forse andrebbe rilasciato qualche aggiornamento per correggere questo piccolo bug

Ho creato l’account. Aggiunto i dispositivi correttamente. Dopo qualche giorno l’app va in errore di comunicazione con il cloud, come se il mio account non esistesse. La procedura di reinvio della mail di conferma non funziona. Ho provato a creare un altro account visto che questo è inutilizzabile, ma la mail di attivazione non arriva. In conclusione: pessima app, pessimo servizio.
