The app attempts to auto-fill your initial budget as $30 (who would ever need this?), then if you put only the exact amount tin that you would require, it actually doesn’t take that amount, requiring more than it. Achtung Abzocke
Man muss immer mindestens 10€ Aufladen. Hat man noch gut haben muss man erneut aufladen. Egal ob noch 6€ auf dem Konto sind und der Vorgang nur 2€ Kostet. Nach einem Jahr wird alles als „Verwalungsgebühr“ abgezockt.
Buggy, scammy, predatory
This is one of the most frustrating apps I’ve ever used. The only reason laundry machine owners would use this app instead of something drastically simpler is a desire to scam customers out of as much money as possible. So many shady design choices: forces adding money to a wallet instead of a simple checkout, pushing auto refill, pushing notification spam, excessive transaction fees, and making it hard/impossible to get money back from the useless wallet.

DO NOT USE SCAM!!
Was super suspicious of this app based on all of the reviews but went ahead and did it anyway because it was the only way to pay at a laundromat. As soon as I linked my credit card I started getting scam charges on it. If you have linked a card, please check your recent charges. That same week I had an insane uptick in spam calls-I do not think it is a coincidence. I do not know if they have poor security or are literally selling your information, but do not use. I have been trying to contact the owner of the laundromat to let them know.

Unbrauchbar und Betrug
Holt die App euch auf keinen Fall! Ich war im Urlaub gezwungen sie runterzuladen weil ich waschen wollte. Es hat den Waschvorgang ständig abgebrochen weil angeblich zu wenig Geld drauf war (war es nicht). Musste mehrmals nachladen, habe ca. 30 Euro für 4x Waschen verloren und der Kundensupport überweist mir mein Guthaben nicht zurück. Betrug!

Don’t use if at all possible
forced to use this app to wash clothes in a hotel. Had to ensure that the app had twice the cost of a load of laundry to even do a single load, and then withdrawing the remaining funds after completing my washing resulted in a “service charge” of $2.00. I will never patronize any property using this app going forward.

Je déconseille l'utilisation de cette application. Si vous enregistrez votre carte bancaire pour un prélèvement automatique, il n'est pas possible de la supprimer de l'application. Si vous voulez retirer votre solde vous avez des frais injustifiés de 2€ et si vous tardez à retirer votre argent (+ de six mois) vous avez des frais d'inactivité (perso ils m'ont prélevé l'intégralité du solde)

Garbage Experience
I just wanted to do a load of laundry at my hotel. This app added 10-12 minutes to the chore between downloading, creating account, connecting payment, and funding the wallet. None of the added “features” add anything useful enough to justify the complications over just using Apple or Google Pay.
Absolute scam
This is an absolute scam of an app to try to data mine with the user data, collect hidden fees for getting overpayments which they will force you to do even if you have the correct amount of money and they count to pay for the machine. Apple should ban products like this

Diese App ist erstens dubios und zweitens kann ich sie einfach nicht mehr löschen von meinem iPhone. Ich kann sie nur noch in die App Mediathek verschieben. Was soll das?
Solutions for a problem that doesn’t exist
This app is creating solutions for a problem that doesn’t exist. And by doing so just makes more problems. Just let me put coins in the machine, I don’t need an app for it. Machine said it cost $3.00 so I paid that on the app. Turns out it was wrong and needed $3.25 to start a cycle. App would not let me add another $.25 because it said the machine was in use. The AI virtual support wasn’t able to unlock the machine so I could start over, and it’s after business hours so there are no people working at the app to fix it. So now I just have no clean clothes and can’t do laundry because that’s the only machine.

Pointless if no signal
The idea might be good but most places uses Bluetooth. I only downloaded it to use a place that gave the impression I could not pay cash
The signal was very poor so could not connect to the machines so the experience was pointless as had to pay cash anyway.

Betrag genau aufgeladen und es funktioniert nicht weil kein Restguthaben vorhanden ist. Dann noch eine Gebühr von 4 Euro für die Rückerstattung des Guthabens welches man vorher überhöht aufladen muss damit es funktioniert 🤯
Ich will einfach nur waschen
Mal wieder eine App, die neue Probleme schafft, statt Probleme zu lösen. Warum soll ich 10€ zahlen und einen Account anlegen, wenn ich einmalig für 5€ waschen will? Sorry, aber hier ist der alte Münzautomat die kundenfreundlichere Lösung.
