Where is Dark Mode?
I would give this app 5 stars but every time I use this app it’s bright white design nearly blinds me. This is a basic mobile feature that is very easy to implement. I feel like I’m back in 2015 and it makes this app feel outdated. Is your design team that lazy? Add dark mode support!
Random account terminations
This financial platform seems to be totally AI driven and no one accountable for its actions which may, at times, appear random or misguided. Your account can be terminated without notice and ALL of your funds sequestered indefinitely on an AI driven whim.

I went through the onboarding process and after they further reviewed our account which took 4 business days they declined without reason. We will now try Mercury, Revolut, and RAMP. Airwallex appears to be either not telling the truth about how they actually work or they are scared of being found out. Could be a fake company. The agent was from India, said they HQ in San Francisco, but wast sure about a lot of things. Perhaps needs a Bank Fraud investigation.

Account suspended with funds lockdd
Becareful the terminated my account for no reason and didn’t send any instruction to unlock the account. More than 40k frozen in my account while I used it for my brand during 2 weeks at first.

The idea is great. The entry is easy. But they slide in transaction fees. And as soon as you start making real money, they hold it and make you prove it’s your money. Oh and if it’s a Friday and they ‘approve’ the release of your funds…. Tuesday you’re fine. But if you want to grow, you better be ready to spend serious $$ to meet their ‘minimum standards’

Create transfer feature issue
The create transfer issue is pathetic . It crashed a number of times on me . I was shocked to see that one of the crashes happened after the OTP came through . What app would crash after it has progressed to generating an OTP in the process.

I opened this account with transparency and goodwill that I need this to run my account. Only to be scrutinised by AI security when my business is legitimate. Why lie when you can do what need

Super easy
Clan. Easy to use. Wires are seamless. Creating cards, having clear wallets— excellent FX conversion rates - better than PayPal & my banks (Chase and BOA) (at least when I’ve ran multi times) just everything is so smooth. Paying my foreign contractors is brilliantly easy too. A++
