Battery and charge!

Ever since the last few software updates, the battery life has plummeted..it can't even last 8 hours anymore. Over the past week, the situation got worse, the ring won't hold a charge at all and refuses to charge.
To make matters worse, customer support has been terrible. It’s been three days without a single response, leaving the ring completely unusable for over a week. This is actually my second ring after dealing with similar issues on the first. Absolute waste of money.

Much improvement

This app and ring has come a long way and seems to be getting much better. Still a lot of room for improvements, but I am happy to see that there is constant updates to make it better. Hopefully they can keep tweaking it because I can see it being just as good as RingConn, Oura, and other brands that’s been out there for a while now.

My only one request is be able to sync it with Apple Health. This would open other windows into MyFitness or other apps for fitness or health tracking.

Battery

Since the last two upgrades the battery has significantly decreased. It doesn’t last 24 hrs! Please fix!

Find my Ring not part of it

Just been using it the ring or around 3 weeks. Cannot get the full potential of the device yet. But misplaced my ring and had trouble finding it.

Update 07/01/2025. Keeps improving. It is just unlocked previously with every upgrade. Soon a 5 star

Lightweight and Comfortable

I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the AIVELA Smart Ring. It’s so lightweight that I barely notice I’m wearing it, especially compared to a smartwatch. I don’t like sleeping with a watch because it feels bulky on my wrist, but the ring is much less intrusive and much more comfortable to wear overnight. If you want sleep tracking without the discomfort of wearing a watch, this is a great alternative.
