Lack of customization

The app keeps asking for my camera and there is no way to turn it off. App is also slow to respond

Love it!

We use in our community and it’s fantastic. We have several useful features: the app you can give specific time access with numeric code or scan QR code, the person can also call you and you can open gate, you can open gate if you are in another car and it gives you access to view in camera who’s coming in. Oh I forgot, it can scan your face to let you in. It is a very versatile software/app. I love it!!!!

Shockingly poor

The app simply is broken and has tons of bugs

I’ve been left stuck outside my house not able to get in more times than I can count and the app is not getting fixed

Make sure you do not rely on this
