Not available with Apple CarPlay, and therefore not functional in an underground parking garage. Since Apple CarPlay systematically disables the Wi-Fi network you want to use. Bummer

It often stops working and logs me out with the inability to log back in. It’ll stay down for days at a time, making it impossible to let people in without going down to the front door.
Worst Privacy Policy Ever! Apple why do you allow
Do people not read the privacy policy on these apps. Sadly my building bought this system and the red flags on what the app is allowed to collect of everything from Biometric data to personal information is unbelievable. How did this pass an Apple REVIEW???
not to mention that the Apple App Privacy says it does not collect any data, then why did I just review the 10+ page privacy policy that talks about sharing your biometric data with Alibaba and other entities.

It's ok, but...
For the most part, the app is fine. The big problem is that it logs me out at seemingly random times, which is a really stupid thing for a door buzzer app to do.
Camera doesn’t work
I’ve tried several updates but the camera still doesn’t work. Which is the primary purpose of an app like this - so I can see who’s buzzing me before I let them in! Useless app
iPad version?
When can we expect an iPad optimized version of this app? And while you’re at it, a rewrite with a refreshed UI would be in order.
Apple Watch use requires iPhone in range
Even though Apple Watch has WiFi and Cellular connectivity, an iPhone needs to be in range (Bluetooth) and logged in. Watch, by itself, cannot open doors. As iPhone switches to house LAN via WiFi (which is likely to happen as door is approached), watch app needs to be cycled to avoid excessive spinning grey-wheel (single watch crown press, followed by re-tap watch app to shorten the wait to see Apple Watch door-opening buttons). Technically, Apple Watch should be able to connect to Akuvox door-entry box without presence of iPhone. If you expect to use your Apple Watch to open the door, don’t leave your iPhone at home.

Lack of customization
The app keeps asking for my camera and there is no way to turn it off. App is also slow to respond

We use in our community and it’s fantastic. We have several useful features: the app you can give specific time access with numeric code or scan QR code, the person can also call you and you can open gate, you can open gate if you are in another car and it gives you access to view in camera who’s coming in. Oh I forgot, it can scan your face to let you in. It is a very versatile software/app. I love it!!!!

Shockingly poor
The app simply is broken and has tons of bugs

Clunky app. Could be much smoother and more reliable. Also a bit creepy with the amount of phone permissions it “needs”, like nah you don’t need access to my full contact list…

Constantly offline and no way to contact them. This has to be the worst service in existence.
Works Great for Our Family
This smart intercom app is incredibly reliable and perfect for family security. Live view and visitor notifications work smoothly, and temp keys make access easy and safe. The motion detection and monitoring features give me real peace of mind, especially with kids at home. Very user-friendly and convenient to use every day.
