Easy enough

I’ve used this multiple times to report issues on the light rail. From cleanup to non-responsive people on the train I’ve always gotten a quick response.

Useless

I have reported three incidents and of those three incidents not one was actioned they’re always looking for excuses not to do anything. This was a complete waste of time and bandwidth . I’m really sad that I fell for it.

Only as good as transit authority is

I used the app to report an agitated man laying hands on me. I was told authorities would intercept the train. This never happened.

You’re probably safer walking

Crackheads everywhere. Drug use at the stations and on even on the trains sometimes. Security and Valley Metro don’t care about anything besides you having a pass. They want your money but the level of safety for this mess is unacceptable.

It works

It’s good to hear what is happening with the bus or train wile you wate so you know what is going on so if you can find another way to get there so you won’t be late for work or school. I give this app 👍🏿👍🏿 for telling you what is happening

Works great. Loving using the Light Rail!

I’ve used this few times to alert Valley Metro that there was a spill etc. They respond AND a maintenance person with a mop is able to meet up with the train at a future stop to clean it. Also love the alerts they provide us about accidents blocking the rail etc. I feel safer and really enjoy having it.
