Easy enough

I’ve used this multiple times to report issues on the light rail. From cleanup to non-responsive people on the train I’ve always gotten a quick response.

Service

Nice heads-up on issues riding the tram or bus system.

It works!

I had to use this app today and Valley Metro responded within 15 minutes. Keep up the great work!

Luv this app

So easy to report a problem uickly. Thank u

Useless

I have reported three incidents and of those three incidents not one was actioned they’re always looking for excuses not to do anything. This was a complete waste of time and bandwidth . I’m really sad that I fell for it.
