Login process cumbersome
Password / authentication could be improved. When logging in, if you select remember my username it will convert the first letter of your username the next time you login to lowercase, causing a login failure. Otherwise it works as expected.

Linking external accounts is poor, like Norton Monitoring and Charles Schwab

The app has great features for 2017, but unfortunately it’s 2025. It’s cut and dry…nothing unique, bold, or exciting. Predictably safe from Alerus. 😔

Not sure why you have an option for facial recognition if you’re going to make me type in my password anyway.

The Alerus app works well! It is nice to be able to login from anywhere and see what the balance is!

Can’t find info. Don’t waste your time downloading as all you get is a balance and no actual activity.
App can’t remember correct username
Retype, reinstall, face id, nothing works. Always have to enter password. Seems like a silly problem to have. Otherwise app is fine.
