Some stores sale bad quality products but after many times I try to send them the evidence, they don't care and Alibaba either.
Don’t shop with them.
So I ordered something by mistake for the amount of $3799 and canceled it same-time, they only issued a refund of 3684,69 for no reason, and their customer service won’t resolve and their AI agent is saying this is part of their policy. This is a fraud , if there is a 0 star, I would definitely give them 0 star. Update for the review, they said this is the difference is a discount promotion that was used in the order, and when I cancelled it, they said to use the discount or lose it, you don’t get a full refund. This is a fraud from a very rich company.

This app is terrible
There is no privacy whatsoever on this app and it’s a complete dog’s breakfast as far as the management and onslaught of suppliers vying for your relentless attention. We have suppliers continually sending us unsolicited marketing material without any relevant business interest and or authorization to do so, which cloggs up our inboxes every single day. Do not recommend this app.

I have been dealing with an return/refund issue since APRIL, where the seller was at fault. Mind you the return has been done and refund is nowhere in sight, they want to do a fraction of agreed refund!
Seller refused to make it right, I went through the platform and they have been ZERO help even after all evidence has been sent to them!
