So outdated
I’m not usually one to write reviews but this app is truly… something. First showed me that a seven eleven near me had an allpoint atm—went in and nothing! After that went to a second location shown in the app that was supposedly in a CVS store. Arrived at the location and was just apartment building with no CVS in sight. What??? I’m not even sure how this couldve happened considering that the place I went to didnt even look like there couldve been a store of that size for a minimum of 10 years. No words also tried a third time but unfortunately it was not the charm. Absolutely ridiculous 🤦♀️

Terrible misinformation of ATM locations
Awful app. Don’t trust it especially if you have a Discover card… worthless

‘Some error occurred’. Unable to locate any ATMs on app. There are two known in my town and error message appears.
No atms located
The app could not find a single atm near me or in the state I am in. But the website found 6 near me. App is broken. Please fix.
NEEDS WORK
Used to work like a charm. Haven’t used in a long time but decided to give it a shot to find a free ATM. Every time I open the app and it’s loading the map and where I am it force closes. iOS version 18.4.1 on iPhone 16 Pro Max.
ATMs steal money and offer no recourse
An Allpoint ATM in a Target stole cash from me and did not log a transaction that my bank, who partners with them, could see. The company whose phone number is on the machine hung up on me 3 times and treated me like a crazy person simply because I was upset that their machine stole money from me. Then they blamed it on Target saying that Target staff could have sent someone to unlock the machine. They also said their machines don’t have cameras. Never ever put money or your card in one of these machines.

Too basic, lacks function
Clicking a star to favorite an ATM results in the app crashing every time.
One of the worst
One of the worst useless apps I have ever used. The UX IS PROBABLY ONE OF THE WORST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH BEING A PREVIOUS SOFTWARE DEVELOPER. The form to submit is broken, the map auto populates as it moves (which is a horrible way to go UX wise) constantly freezing the app.
Lies, you'll get charged a fee
Would like a refund, but nowhere to contact them. Their contact form has nowhere to enter your own contact info for a response, which doesn't matter anyway, because trying to send a message just results in an error, in my experience. Edited to add that I will gladly consider changing my review if this is made right. I have proof that my card was approved and of the atm visited being in network, as well as proof of the fees charged that shouldn't have been.
Their own FAQ states that as long as your card is approved as in network, and the atm used shows up as in their network, even if the atm warns you of a fee, to just hit accept, and you will not be charged. This is not true, in my experience. :( feel uneasy about the trust I placed in this app / company with my personal information.

ATM amounts are incorrect
Update the highest amount ATM can dispense! Also make app more user friendly to communicate issues such as this. Customers should be able chat with someone at minimum.

Not at all accurate
More or less useless as so many of the ATM locations (at least on my travels) are erroneous. Frustrating to pull into location app tags as Allpoint only to see ATM has been replaced with another fee charging unit.
Only safe bet is to look for a Kroger which seem to all have Allpoint units. Wish SoFi would dump these folks for a better network.
