Verification code failure
I downloaded the app, filled in the fields, waited a long time for the verification code to come by email. When I entered the code correctly, I was told it was an error. I have not been able to access the app, nor have I been able to successfully submit a verification code through the original email I received. Error message both times. Does not inspire confidence.

App doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work at all. It just says that there is a problem when trying to sign in. I have only got it to work once after I set up the account.
Waste of money
Had to cancel my flight because of work and it got denied.
Not worth it
I have used the insurance several times personally and with company travel. Always pay for it “just in case” never used it. The one time I actually needed it.. I was denied. I was told because I purchased it the same date as travel it wasn’t enough time to cancel the flight. If that’s the case then why was it offered? I had a death in the family that was sudden and unexpected. What would possibly be a better reason to use insurance for a canceled flight!

Can’t add some cities, no support
If you create a trip, choose a country and type in a city name, it never lists more than 5 matching cities. And some popular cities aren’t available at all, like San Francisco in CA. I emailed the provided support address to report the bug but their reply showed they only expect to get policy and coverage questions, they don’t even seem to understand what a bug report is.

I don't like how you have to jump through hoops to get your money back.
Email address limitation
The app has some nice features, but there is one significant limitation; don’t change your email address! Allyz can’t handle that concept in their system!
Data lost
I started a claim this morning, spent an hour or so on it, then exited when I couldn’t finish (didn’t have the required documents at my fingertips) and when I got back on the App, none of my work was there. Maddening.
Easy to use website
The Allyz website is very easy to use when registering a new trip.

I keep getting a login failure error message while at the same time I’m able to log into the website. I’ve changed passwords multiple times with the same result.

Severely lacking
I downloaded this app, thinking it was going to provide travel insurance in an easy manner, like the Faye app. However, it is inordinately complex. You have to book a policy online, then you have to link up that purchase with the app. I've faced multiple difficulties trying to coordinate the two, after having taken the time to enter all my trip details into the app, I now cannot link the policy that I've bought to the information I've already loaded. Very frustrating. From a huge company, you'd expect something much better.

Great protection with Allyz
Trip interruption in southern France.
During the trip I had severe pain in the right knee unable to walk without pain So i decide to fly back home for medical care. i bought the new air france from toulouse back to san francisco, and Allianze paid me the entire amount i incurred.
Soooooo slow
I just got the app and all it does is crash when I am trying to enter my flight details.
Train Delay
On August 6th I took the train from Memphis to Chicago. My train was suppose to depart at 8:45pm the train didn’t leave until 1:15 that morning. While waiting on the train I had to purchase food and drinks that was quite expensive. Also when I arrived in Chicago i couldn’t get the ride I was promised because I arrived late so I had to take a uber that cost a lot of money. If i hadn’t purchased Allyz insurance I would’ve been out of money. But on August 12 i reported the delay and the money I was out and I got refunded that same day after they reviewed my claim. I would suggest anyone traveling to get this insurance it’s the best thing I ever did. I will always purchase it when i travel.

Useless
An app is useless when it makes you jump through hoops and never accomplish Les a simple task as to make an account. Tried numerous times to make account with the only response from the app being “Oops something went wrong. “. This is not useful or helpful.

Never purchase this!!!
These ppl are horrible! My flight was canceled and they refuse to give me my money back. And NOBODY speaks English, clearly. You can hardly understand what they are saying. They give you the run around and switching you to many different departments only for them to say that u have to email a different department. Did that and still nothing… I will never ever ever recommend these people to ANYONE!!!!
