This company is solely here to exploit travelers that don’t know any better.. when you actually try to file a claim with them, they’ll find any reason to not get you your deserved refund.. basically paying them for nothing. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY
Unable to update trips
Unable to add flights they are it getting saved. Tried it twice already
App and service are terrible
Creating an account has 100 times more flaws then any app I have ever downloaded. Once finally getting in app, again very difficult to even know how to get or provide the information they are requesting. It seems they have NO service people to assist and only ask the customer to come up the huge amount of documentation Alliance requires. It seems that the insurance is nothing hold you throw your money into. I hope I figure this out but it probably will not happen. In my view right now, Alliance sucks and I recommend others find a company that try’s everything they can so that the customer gives up.

Logs you out all the time
The app logs me out by itself at the most unexpected times. Why does it have to log me out? Please fix this.
App sucks
This is the second time I’ve purchased Allianz travel insurance, and unfortunately, the app is very frustrating to use. I downloaded it and tried to log in, but when I requested a password reset, the verification code they emailed me kept showing as “invalid.” I requested a new code multiple times, but the same thing happened every time. The app simply doesn’t work, and I wasted a lot of time trying to access my account. This was a very disappointing experience.

Hello, I just spoke to customer service two times today. Both women were very helpful and informative.. My request is to be refunded for one policy of two since we had double coverage for our trip to the Arctic on July 13. 2026. We live in the same house and we always travel together. That requires only one policy. Thank you for your assistance and the eventual refund of $1050.00!

Spent too much time trying to get this app to recognize what the Mac browser recognizes as the correct account with same login info. It just wasted lots of time.
Very concerned and attentive
My appointment with the doctor was very satisfactory. He listened to my symptoms, prescribed a medication and explained how it would help me.
App not working
Seemed easy enough but the biometric id does not seem to work . I have tried to multiple times and all appears to be set right on my phone. Check items to make sure they work before option offered

Me vendieron la aseguranza por 200 dólares y podría cancelar mi vuelo con devolución y cuando llame me la negaron por qué tienen condiciones y situaciones pasan en las cuales te vez forzado a cancelar un viaje y la aseguranza solo me cobró el dinero y ya no se hacen responsables y pésimo servicio al llamar al servicio al cliente parecen robots solo motorizados a decirte y no a ayudarte, te roban y te Tratan mal.

New to Allianz
This is my first time purchasing travel insurance with AAA. The agent show me install the app, enter flight information and how to claim in case I need. Everything in the app. I hope I do not need to use but it gives me peace of mind in travel. Thank you for having an app to simplify process.
Avoid app and services
App is glitchy and you need so many forms and you will still get deny.
Keeps logging me out
For months I have been unable to stay logged in. I sign in, go to the homepage, then it immediately logs me out and puts me back to the sign-in page. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, no change
