Soooooo slow
I just got the app and all it does is crash when I am trying to enter my flight details.
Train Delay
On August 6th I took the train from Memphis to Chicago. My train was suppose to depart at 8:45pm the train didn’t leave until 1:15 that morning. While waiting on the train I had to purchase food and drinks that was quite expensive. Also when I arrived in Chicago i couldn’t get the ride I was promised because I arrived late so I had to take a uber that cost a lot of money. If i hadn’t purchased Allyz insurance I would’ve been out of money. But on August 12 i reported the delay and the money I was out and I got refunded that same day after they reviewed my claim. I would suggest anyone traveling to get this insurance it’s the best thing I ever did. I will always purchase it when i travel.

Useless
An app is useless when it makes you jump through hoops and never accomplish Les a simple task as to make an account. Tried numerous times to make account with the only response from the app being “Oops something went wrong. “. This is not useful or helpful.

These ppl are horrible! My flight was canceled and they refuse to give me my money back. And NOBODY speaks English, clearly. You can hardly understand what they are saying. They give you the run around and switching you to many different departments only for them to say that u have to email a different department. Did that and still nothing… I will never ever ever recommend these people to ANYONE!!!!

Claims to be available 24/7!
Literally says in their customer service description that they are available over the phone 24/7 but when you call they tell you they are “currently closed and have regular business hours of 8am to 8pm”!! HOW IS THAT 24/7??!!!!

I like the flight easy look up and notifications. Editing trip information was not so easy. I had to delete my flight and re enter it.
don’t waste your money
This company is solely here to exploit travelers that don’t know any better.. when you actually try to file a claim with them, they’ll find any reason to not get you your deserved refund.. basically paying them for nothing. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY
Unable to update trips
Unable to add flights they are it getting saved. Tried it twice already
App and service are terrible
Creating an account has 100 times more flaws then any app I have ever downloaded. Once finally getting in app, again very difficult to even know how to get or provide the information they are requesting. It seems they have NO service people to assist and only ask the customer to come up the huge amount of documentation Alliance requires. It seems that the insurance is nothing hold you throw your money into. I hope I figure this out but it probably will not happen. In my view right now, Alliance sucks and I recommend others find a company that try’s everything they can so that the customer gives up.

Logs you out all the time
The app logs me out by itself at the most unexpected times. Why does it have to log me out? Please fix this.
App sucks
This is the second time I’ve purchased Allianz travel insurance, and unfortunately, the app is very frustrating to use. I downloaded it and tried to log in, but when I requested a password reset, the verification code they emailed me kept showing as “invalid.” I requested a new code multiple times, but the same thing happened every time. The app simply doesn’t work, and I wasted a lot of time trying to access my account. This was a very disappointing experience.

Hello, I just spoke to customer service two times today. Both women were very helpful and informative.. My request is to be refunded for one policy of two since we had double coverage for our trip to the Arctic on July 13. 2026. We live in the same house and we always travel together. That requires only one policy. Thank you for your assistance and the eventual refund of $1050.00!

Spent too much time trying to get this app to recognize what the Mac browser recognizes as the correct account with same login info. It just wasted lots of time.
