Customer service not an actual option
All instructions lead to dead ends.
How to make a complaint?
How to chat?
Intentionally making it difficult to ask questions is insulting!
Interests tab ridiculous
Painfully Disappointed
Worst company ever
Support is terrible
Can’t get anything to update
Mauvaise livraison
Il faut attendre avec un numéro payant plus de 15 minutes avant d’avoir quelqu’un
Malheureusement pas le temps d’attendre nul
Latest internal update is horrible
UPDATE: May 14, 2026
Even the latest interface sucks. Please stop messing with the page layout for regular price/ order now vs S&S comparison. This is a business owners nightmare.

Can’t add items to cart w/o disabling haptic for entire phone due to Amazons intentional intrusions.
July 12, 2026:
The app is built to delete the "Important messages about items in your Cart" alert box the moment you interact with it. There is no hidden menu, no "undo" button, and no customer service trick that can bring that specific list back once it vanishes. Fix that instead of breaking their features that worked perfectly fine before you changed them.

They create issues for me to solve
I ordered bandages through Amazon Business for work, and received the completely wrong item — an error on Amazon’s part.
When I tried to process a return, the item was flagged as ineligible. I contacted customer service for help and was told I needed to submit a government-issued photo ID for an “internal investigation” before they could even consider a refund. I was then told to wait three business days and follow up myself, *as they would not be contacting me with results.*
So I called customer service to confirm that submitting an ID, and waiting 3 days, was my only option. They were just as unhelpful — the agent read my email back to me and confirmed there was no alternative resolution available. Point blank.
Submitting government ID to resolve a $50 shipping error caused by Amazon is an unreasonable ask, IMO. I’m being asked to follow up, as they won’t reach out to me for a resolution. The burden is entirely on the customer, and the experience has left me with serious reservations about using Amazon Business again. Thanks Amazon!
