The audacity to install a subpar ai to the shopping search bar with no option to remove it. To think you’re entitled to our money and our time waiting for your ridiculous service to suggest the incorrect items is beyond comprehension. I have cancelled my subscription. I urge everyone who cares about themselves, their money and their time to do the same. Enough is enough!

They create issues for me to solve
My very first time using Amazon Business (despite using Amazon for years), and I will be shopping elsewhere.
I ordered bandages through Amazon Business for work, and received the completely wrong item — an error on Amazon’s part.
When I tried to process a return, the item was flagged as ineligible. I contacted customer service for help and was told I needed to submit a government-issued photo ID for an “internal investigation” before they could even consider a refund. I was then told to wait three business days and follow up myself, *as they would not be contacting me with results.*
So I called customer service to confirm that submitting an ID, and waiting 3 days, was my only option. They were just as unhelpful — the agent read my email back to me and confirmed there was no alternative resolution available. Point blank.
Submitting government ID to resolve a $50 shipping error caused by Amazon is an unreasonable ask, IMO. I’m being asked to follow up, as they won’t reach out to me for a resolution. The burden is entirely on the customer, and the experience has left me with serious reservations about using Amazon Business again. Thanks Amazon!

Impossible to use
Despite signing in with my business email and password, it repeatedly tells me I’m signed in with my personal account. Useless app. Also, THERE IS ALREADY AN APP. Why in the world do we need two duplicate apps (that do not work) for the same thing?!

Allerdings wünschen wir uns noch die Funktion, die Rechnungen als PDF exportieren zu können und nicht nur ansehen. Wir arbeiten mit der Lexware App und wollen die PDF-Rechnungen direkt dahin importieren. Bisher müssen wir das immer am PC machen…

Frustrating experience
I added 20+ items to the cart, the system auto checkout the order. I reached out to support to cancel the order and was told that system will place order automatically if you add more than 15 items to the cart. This time I carefully added items to the cart and checkout manually again. Amazon blocked my account and canceled my order. My business was verified yesterday now they are asking for the same llc documents.

Forcing ai
Tried to disable new Alexa AI feature, and was unable to. I was struggling to ethically continue to use this app, and now it’s forcing me to use AI to do basic searches. What an absolute waste of resources! I don’t need to deplete the local water table for a data center to tell me to buy these measuring cups when basic searches engines work.

Amazon prime was great at delivering on time but it’s been a few months that it is mentioned it will be delivered the next day and then it takes many days
Turn off AI Search
I didn’t opt into using AI searches and I can’t turn it off. If I wanted to use AI for searching for products I would have asked for it.
Give an option to turn it off or I’ll just stop using Amazon as a whole. Trash feature that no one asked for.

Had a package delivered to a neighbour that didn’t exist! Tried to report it and / or speak to someone… but no Amazon thinks it’s customer focused by putting you in an FAQ loop. Fire levels of service
Simple, convenient, and reliable
Been using Amazon Business for a while and it’s been really convenient. Easy to find what I need, fast shipping, and having invoices organized in one place makes things much easier. The business pricing and bulk options are helpful too. Overall, a smooth and reliable experience.
Utter discrimination
What you are doing to specifically limit the practice of nurse practitioners in a full practice authority state is going to land you a major lawsuit. I have the same prescriptive authority as a physician. I require no oversight and I'm an independent practitioner. I own this clinic by myself and have no MD involvement. When I think of the Nurse Practitioners I know through Facebook groups, community, collaboration, etc., you better be ready to pay. Because once this becomes class action, you're gonna be screwed . How dare you offer a physician discount but not a Nurse Practitioner in a full practice authority state. Have you lost your mind? You should probably run this by your legal department. It is completely illegal.

En arriver là
J’en viens car je ne suis pas satisfait de la possibilité de contacter le service client. Impossible d’avoir un humain en face de son écran ou de son téléphone. J’ai un problème que je n’arrive pas à résoudre car leur IA ne propose pas ce genre de questions il ne me donne pas la possibilité de parler avec quelqu’un. Si c’est comme ça j’irai voir ailleurs.

New AI feature make me want to break my phone

Now every search I do in the app goes through AI FIRST and I have to click through that to get to the actual search results for my business. Not to mention the AI results are garbage and wrong. Please turn this off or allow users to turn this off. Extremely frustrating and makes me not want to use this app at all for my business.
