Slow customer service
Customer service is slow. Emails take days to get a response for. Having an issue with payment processing for AMEX and after 7 days, and only after sending follow up emails do I get a response and unfortunately the response has no resolution.
Customer support
It’s a great app, but I’ve been needing customer support and all that Wave offers is an AI chat bot. It’s making things extremely difficult. Is there anyway I could get help?
App won’t even sign in
Stuck in the create account process. Deleted and wiped cookies and cache and still stuck. The website version works and I created my account. I just can’t log in on the mobile version and it keeps telling me to finish creating my account and then says we’re sorry there’s been an error. Deleted the app and gave up.

Force you to pay
After using the app successfully and being satisfied with it, now it will not load my products and there is no human support available unless you subscribe to their plan. If you are looking for a free invoicing software, this is not it.
Clunky
Not a well designed mobile app (poor contrast). Not useful with starter plan.
