I have been an extremely loyal American Express Platinum Cardmember, and my experience with Amex Canada has been exceptional.
I use my Platinum Card extensively for both everyday purchases and significant travel and spending, and American Express has consistently earned my trust. The level of service, professionalism and reliability I receive is a major reason Amex remains my preferred card.
What stands out most is the customer service. Whenever I call, I’m consistently treated with respect and professionalism, and the representatives genuinely make me feel valued as a Cardmember. The travel and concierge services have also been excellent and have become an important part of how I manage my travel.
